“My problems were handled quickly and efficiently. I won't know if everything is fine till i use my pc more to test it but i know i can just call back if i find anything else or that something might have been missed. i was told this time that i should check in monthly for a system cleanup and I will start doing that. If i do that rather than waiting for problems to build up I will probably spend less time having things fixed. My Phone Support has been a VERY worthwhile purchase!”

“the techs have the patients of saints,nothing is to hard or to easy to accomplish. we can not live without thm. we have 8 computers and frequently need help with software issues and they have never dissapointed or could not solve our problems.”
