“Satyam and MPS were terrifically successful in resolving the numerous issues I called in with today. Not only did he resolve those issues, but I learned a few things along the way. My printer is unique and most technicians run into trouble while trying to handle problems. Satyam immediately went to the drivers and reset everything. Knowing that the internet was off on all 3 of my computers, he knew we needed to call my provider and we did so. Thank you for allowing me to tell you about my outstanding experience.”
