“Ankit was so great, I cannot say enough good things about him. He handled all my problems, and let me ask questions about things I did not understand. He showed me how to use the icons correctly so that I can get the service every month. He was so pleasant and kind; I think he should be training all your people, AND still staying able to talk to people like me. Probably not possible, but he will only make friends for your company.
