“My Phone Support is a 1st class operation. I have been using them for several years now and I have always had my computer issues resolved. There are numerous techs that I have had working on my computer over the years and each and every one of them always resolve my issue. They are every bit worth the price I pay each year to have my four computers serviced. I will be with them for as long as they are there. Thanks, My Phone Support. AAA++++”

“I had issues with sending e-mails with photo's attached . They always always came back as error's. It took $79.00, two calls, about 6hrs and four technicians to get working properly, but they ( and I) hung in there and it works fine now. All of them were polite, patient and knowledgeable.”

“The technician who I first worked with on this problem was uneducated in gmail-to-outlook setup. He tried for 2 hours before I asked him to disconnect. The tech who called back today was able to resolve the issue in less than 5 minutes.”

“Hi there, everyone on this call was courteous,polite and professional. If I had the extra money I would have made the additional purchase needed. My computer was infected and I was stressed. I recalled your company from before and opted to contact you as a 2nd opinion before potentially making a mistake with a Microsoft Online support for 150 and 300. Thank You”
