“I have dealt with My Phone Support for several years and have never had a problem the capable technicians could not fix. The regular monthly cleanup maintenance gives me a feeling of security that my computer will operate at peak efficiency. I highly recommend this service, especially to folks like myself who are not particularly computer savvy.”

“I I received outstanding service from the "My-Phone-Support" Technician, Ms. Kiran Teotia, on 7-31-2016. She not only was patient and courteous in assisting me but also was so professional in helping me, as a "non-techie," to follow the steps on my computer, to allow her to make the necessary repairs (restoring Internet services; and, ridding my Outlet e-mails of an annoying "pop up," "Headers not installed." Ms. Teotia never became upset, when I, repeatedly, did not understand some simple task, which an experienced computer-user would have been able to accomplish, readily.”

“My computer had been invaded by mal ware, virus's, and had may driver problems.......After contacting Phone Support Group. They were able to get all of my PROBLEMS corrected and get it going smooth and FAST again! My congratulations to the team : SUNNY KAPOOR, and SUJATA R CHOUDHAN......Thank you so MUCH !”

“Srikant Aphikari was exceptional in his service. Every action he took he first explained to me what action he would take, then how long it would take to accomplish and then did the work. There were several breaks and he recalled me at the appointed times. He followed up with me after a successful conversion to windows 10. This was not a straight forward application and he had to try different options to complete the task. He is technically superior. Overall I give him a 10+ on a scale of 10. Tom Grimshaw”
