“Having a continuous problem of loosing my Microsoft file for outlook, finally, Satynder, the tech found the cause for it. The reason was conflict between PC Matic, I asked to remove the software and all on going problem has been resolved, Kudos to Satyender. I highly recommend My Phone Support, services. for having their confident staff.”

“Two teams of technicians solved two problems today. First, from 2:28 to 3:25 PM California time, Lalit Singh, Vivender Singh and Vikas Kakkar solved a Windows Start-Up Button problem (lower left on my desktop). Then ffrom 4:02 to 4:34, a technician named Satyander solved an Internet Explorer browser problem so it again allowed me to use gmail and facebook and Linked-In . Satyander also showed me how to use Shift+f11 to restore the in ternet explorer ico fun ctionality if the "hiding of gmail+facebook+Linked-In icons" problem ever recurs. thank you all”

“Your representative was extremely helpful, friendly, polite, and extremely professional in getting my computer back in A-one condition. He removed some programs that were unnecessary, as well as making sure that my computer was up to par. I'm so glad I decided to get tech support from your company, and I want to thank the tech that helped me so much today.”

“Yogesh Gupta is the best!!! I called in yesterday to get my system cleaned. The system did get cleaned but all the appearances were changed. Nothing worked the same. I thought I had lost Windows 7/10 that I had installed, but it was the appearance of what I had that had changed. No one else could fix it until the "Mighty Yogesh" assisted me. WOW! HE'S GREAT! GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE...HE EVEN MADE ME UNDERSTAND THE ISSUE (which is next to impossible since I'm not that computer literate). Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU, YOGESH!!!!!”
