“I have had too basically be without my laptop service for almost three days now due to the fact that my internet service was not working properly and my printer was not set up properly. THANKS and PRAISE be to your technician first name of " Glurau ". He was able after much devotion and perseverance get my business back to working. He is absolutely great at his career and you will do yourselves a great service too keeping him on your staff and keeping him happy. He is a precious asset to your organization. “I'm not very computer leterate. It was fun watching ViKas Kakkar working to solve my problem. I was happy to have the opportunity to write my comments in the box provided as the process moved along. Vikas was patient and kind. Also very polite. I'm happy my problem is resolved.”

“I am very pleased with the help I received from both techs. I was helped almost immediately. No waiting endlessly for someone to pick up a phone. Both people were very courteous. They informed me of everything they were doing. I am NOT computer savvy and probably asked some dopey questions which they answered promptly.”

“Tech spent some hours with me solving a very weird and unusual problem of all my icons and files disappeared,. Now it is fixed - he was very patience and knowledgeable and stayed on the case until resolved. Love my phone support - recommend it to everyone. Jean Keller”

“Both technicians were great in cleaning my 4 yr old computer. Sunita did the actual deleting over 2,000 files and made sure I was completely satisfied before ending the session. The fellow I was on line when I made my call did the initial workup for me to decide to buy a membership in Microsoft's Support program. Great job from both. Mary Westwater”
