“The tech took time to listen to my problems and come up with a solution to resolve them. Also, took the time to change my e-mail address that I was having a very difficult time trying to do myself. “I was unable to update some important data files, and he was able to help me fix the problem. We were able to understand each step during the process and he told me what he was doing and why. I am very pleased with the support that he gave me, and the problem was solved.”

“Your people seem to be very quick and good at what they do, but I was kind of surprised in the end when the technician mentioned that I could purchase an additional software program for $29.95 that would do basically the same thing that he did (clean files etc.). I paid you people $199.00 for 12 months to do this. Why would he be offering the other program? What did I pay you people for?????”

“They crashed my computer. I called and after 4 hours it went into "failure configuring window updates". When I complained they said they would send someone out to my house They called to make appt and THEN SAID I HAD TO PAY GOR THRM TO COME OUT!! Seriously. They crashed it and now I need to spend more?”
