“My issue was resolved expeditiously and courteously.”

“I have been on the phone with the Microsoft technician Ramandeep Singh. He is polite and extremely knowledgeable. All of my problems have been resolved and because I purchased the two year plan, I can call every 30-45 days and my computer will be scanned and cleaned of any bad items that may have been put on. The technicians are very good, polite and so appreciated by me.”

“EXPERT TECHNICIAN WASIM ANSARI WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL/POLITE/PROMPT AND EFFECTING A SOLUTION TO THE PROBLEM I HAD ON MY PC. THE SESSION OPENED AT 2:09pm AND CLOSED AT 3:09pm (WEST COAST TIME, USA). THANK YOU FOR YOUR VERY FINE SERVERS FOR ME AS A CUSTOMER. I WILL, AND HAVE, RECOMMENDED "MY PHONE SUPPORT" TO PERSONS NEEDING HELP WITH THEIR COMPUTER. “I have been using my phone support for over a year and have enjoyed it very much it has save me a lot of time and money. Every tech that I have had has been great to work with. The only issue I have ever had is when you visit with them on the phone the connection is terrible but the support and remote control and fixing of computer problems remotely is top of the line. I would highly recommend my phone support.”

“This was my second call for tech support. Today I had issues with my printer and worked with Sameet (?). The technicians are very courteous, patient, and knowledgeable. Your phone support system makes it very convenient as there is no need to take equipment out for service and you can reach a technician 24/7. I feel very secure knowing help is just a phone call away. Thank you”

“It was necessary for me to speak with two technicians today to resolve several problems with my computer. Both showed great patience with me. Their technical skills were good. However, the one major problem I've had for one year involved the migration of my photos from my old computer to the new one. I was unable to open them. My own computer whiz, told me how to fix this issue. However, it is very time consuming. I was hoping Dell would have a system fix in place. No such luck. Both technicians were confident they could make the fix. I asked both techs if they had seen this issue before, and they assured me they had. The first technician I spoke with thought he had fixed the problem; however, he did not. The second technician was only able to fix the problem AFTER I told him how my personal computer guru told me the steps to fix the problem. I appreciate the help with the other problems. They are much smarter than I am! Thank you for reading my feedback.”
