“Your agents were very patient and very helpful. My computer was very slow, so I didn't like to have to wait for 2,5 hours to have all that needed to be done to my computer done. That wasn't the fault of the agents. I hate computers....”

“Had a problem with a very slow computer. Called on the 800 number and received immediate support. installed a new anti-cookie cleaner and this also helped. the technicians were courteous and very capable. could not have asked for better service. thanks,”

“Excellent service and expertise. The representative helped me get Windows 10 installed with updates. She was very polite and well spoken. I signed up for a one year support plan, because this company is so good. They will not give up and will fix your computer the right way. Loved the service!”

“I was beyond panicked when Windows did a Windows 10 upgrade and most of my files were lost. My Phone Support recovered all my files and restored Windows 7 to my computer. I am a little hard of hearing and their technicians had to repeat a lot of their instructions to me. They were both very patient and helpful.”

“Although Microsoft is to blame to some sort of the problems that I encountered with my laptop starting last Sunday when I tried to upgrade to Windows 10. All problems were resolved over the last three days and I am happy again. In summarizing I can say that today's experience was alike the sessions before very pleasing. knowlegeable staff took care of the problems that started when the upgrade software ask me to remove my Symantec Endpoint Protection11 antivirus program from my PC”
