“Mrugesh Milind Kate did a great job of getting my rather old laptop performing again. Once the web browsing was working well - he put in additional efforts to make sure all my Microsoft office programs were also performing well - all while simultaneously troubleshooting my second computer. His efforts saved my time and got me back up and running. Thanks”

“MRUGESH MILIND KATE was very helpful. However, when I called last night the man I spoke with said the job was comple. It was not. It is a hit or a miss if you get a good tech to help you with your problems. The only other thing I have an issue with is the fact you can barely hear them. The phone quality is not good. Very good for Mrugesh... Very poor from the man I spoke with last night.”

“Govind Kumar was very knowledgeable and polite. He removed my Norton and installed Kaspersky. Altogether we were online nearly and hour and a half. He saved me from additional costs with a tech from iYogi (to whom I was routed after a call to Kaspersky for help with the Norton uninstall.) The iYogi tech scared me needlessly about registry issues, etc. I'm glad I refused their help and charges and called My Phone Support. Phone router Amarjeet Kumar Sinha was also professional and helpful--maybe just a little hard to understand initially. Altogether, I'm quite satisfied with my contacts with My Phone Support.”

“The troubleshoot and fix by Raul Kumar took about 30 minutes with 7 different issues on my Dell computer with Windows 8 operating system. I admire the customer service relationship displayed by Raul Kumar. He is very efficient, knowledgeable, patient, and courteous in answering my questions. I recommend him to other customers onboard you have. Thanks again for your support . Also, thank you to Dilip Kumar Yadaw who initially took initially found the issues on my computer. Lastly, you probably have to put a notice to all Window users to be aware of a scammers calling your clients telling that their computer will crash if not fix by infosis.net. I almost fell into the trap. This is the reason I called your office to verify if the latter is part of your support team. Thanks again.”
