Not happy and this kinds of errors happens with you too often and your customer service and AI can only send silly appologies and ask for photoes!”

“Colis livré en 2 fois ! Premier colis avec des pièces déchiré... directement écris à mystore qui contact son partenaire... on me propose un remboursement de 45chf (trampoline à 370chf) deuxième colis le cartons est massacré et déchiré de partout ke l'ai même pas ouvert... je suis en attente de trouver une solution avec mystore mais à mon avis il faut changer le service de livraison!”

“Eigentlich haben sie im Angebot auf mystore.ch tolle Produkte. Wenn man aber schon drei Mal nicht das bekommt, was man bestellt hat, muss ich mir wohl oder übel sehr gut überlegen, ob in Zukunft nochmals bei ihnen bestellen soll!!!”

“Table défectueuse, des présences de rayures , mauvaise expérience. Je n’ai jamais obtenu de numéro de suivi pour organiser la livraison chez moi. Rien n’a été comme prévu , en plus un certain, Sam ne voulait pas me donner son prénom au téléphone et n’a jamais contacté la direction pour ma demande.”
