“In generale, l'esperienza è positiva mentre per l'ordine Yankee Candle ordine AAA30893C958 del 24.12.2024 non posso dire lo stesso. Come già segnalato via e-mail lo scorso 6 gennaio, due delle candele ordinate sono arrivate con il vetro completamente rotto. Alla e-mail ho allegato anche le fotografie. A oggi, sono ancora in attesa di una risposta e di una presa di posizione da parte vostra, situazione che valuto decisamente negativa (per quanto riguarda i tempi di risposta).”
