“Keine Info erhalten zur verzögerung der Lieferung erst nach dem ich den Kundendienst kontaktiert habe (10 Tage später) hies es es geht nochmal 5 Tage. Kundendienst war sehr unfreundlich kam 0 entgegen in keiner Hinsicht… bin enttäuscht sonst kam die Ware immmer nach 2-3 Tagen an”

“Bestellte Produkte entsprechen oft nicht der Grösse anderer Shops. Kürzlich erhielt ich ein Sweatshirt, das nicht einmal die gleiche Farbe wie das abgebildete hatte. Versandkosten fallen zusätzlich an und die Rückerstattung erfolgt lediglich als Gutschrift für zukünftige Einkäufe.”
