“Je ne retournerai pas à acheter chez vous, car je n’arrive pas à retourner les articles. Je suis allée dans un point dpd/ups et ils n’acceptent pas mon colis car l’étiquette n’est pas correcte (j’ai mis l’étiquette que est venu avec le colis - pour retourn) c’est vraiment embêtant…”
