“Madame, Monsieur, Suite à la commande des 3 moteurs de store, j'en ai reçu 2 avec bulletin de livraison confirmant les 2. J'ai fait un mail concernant le 3ième moteur manquants et reçu de chez vous 2 mails. Le 1er pour me demander une photo de l'emballage et des 2 moteurs reçus et le 2ième mail avant que je puisse répondre à votre 1er mail pour me dire qu'il y a un souci avec votre fournisseur sans répondre à ma question du 3ième moteur manquants. Votre service n'est pas la hauteur tout simplement. J'attend à présent une réponse pour la livraison du 3ième moteur de store parce qu'à aucun moment à la commande il a été mentionné que vous ne l'aviez pas en stock et qu'un délai plus long était à prévoir au délai que vous avez mis en avant sur votre site. Si vraiment vous le souhaitez, je peux vous envoyer une photo du colis mais je ne vois pas pourquoi si tout est clair avec le bulletin de livraison. Recevez mes salutations. Jean-Paul Merle”

“Livraison beaucoup plus longue qu'annoncée. Je ne suis pas satisfait, j'attends un remboursement car, j'ai reçu la table cassée et avec aucun trous ni fixation pour le plateau. Il est juste posé sur les pieds, il ne tient pas du tout.”
