“Refunded money on returns only given as a voucher, which expires after 1 year. Seeing as items returned are not always available to reorder within a year, money should be refunded. Searching for alternatve items to spend the voucher on can be very long and time consuming. Description of clothing is not always accurate and therefore necessitates a return. Also, resulting in a loss of shipping costs. Even though return shipping is included, having to reorder an item comes at another shipping cost. Delivery is quick.”

“Ho ordinato due paia di jeans levis, l'ordine era corretto, il bollettino di consegna anche, ma all'interno uno dei due paia di jeans era di misura sbagliata: peccato non aver controllato la merce prima di inviarla, ma comunque anche se una taglia diversa a mio marito andavano comunque quindi li abbiamo tenuti. Grazie”

“OK - why can My Store just offer free shipping and put this in the price of the goods? The Free shipping for a month and over CHF50 is totally useless - means I have to keep spending to keep free shipping alive.”

“The shopping experience is good. The shipping experience is lacking. Whenever a third party is in charge of the delivery, it's quite hard to keep track on what's going on and by when.”

“Questa volta sono rimasta delusa del mio acquisto. La scatola di Lego è rovinata ai lati e rotta con un buco sulla parte anteriore. Siccome è per un regalo non posso tenerlo e sarò costretta a rinviarlo indietro. Proverò a comandarne un altro con la speranza che questa volta la confezione sia integra. Peccato!”

“The store experience, price, and order processing, ... was excellent. However, the delivery method with DPD is usually an awful experience. In this case, the delivery was made with no signature meaning that I had to sit all day at home waiting for the DPD email to arrive to go and get my merchandise. Their email system is not reliable and I had to walk to the front door multiple times to check if my order has arrived or not.”
