Da wir Ihnen das ganze Jahr über Markenartikel zu günstigen Preisen anbieten möchten, ist es für uns sehr schwierig, die Versandkosten systematisch zu erlassen. Um unseren Kunden für ihr Vertrauen zu danken, übernehmen wir jedoch nach jeder Bestellung 30 Tage lang die Versandkosten (bis 9.90 CHF) für eine nächste Bestellung mit einem Mindestbestellwert von 50.- CHF. “Mässig. Eigentlich kenne ich das nicht von mystore. Mein Paket wurde von Planzer geliefert und 'durfte' nicht deponiert werden. Letztendlich musste ich CHF 15.- extra bezahlen, damit ich es in Empfang nehmen konnte.., man arbeitet ja ab und zu...”

“J’ai commandé deux meubles identiques mais j’ai du en renvoyer un car défectueux. Ces renvois sont vite laborieux car volumineux et les frais de port ne sont non compris.”

“Très rapide, tout était ok avec mystore mais la livraison absolument pas pratique! Le colis a été déposé à un magasin de tabac (pas le plus proche de chez moi) dans un endroit vraiment perdu. Sans pouvoir faire autrement que d’y aller! ( pas d’autre moyen ni choix )”

“I ordered something that was delivered with the wrong items, the parcel was rather big, and I had to go to the post to send it back in order to get my money back, I wasted my time and effort in posting that huge box back to the post office. So it was a waste of my time. Moreover, I was not assured to receive what I actually order, so double waste of time. I wouldn't mind wasting my time in doing this if the item I received were what I ordered but I didn't like it, but since i received something I did not order I felt double frustrated. Some months ago I ordered something and the order was canceled from your end. so I never received the items. So I would say that is not the first time I had a bad experience with this online store. I did have other orders fulfilled perfectly. But as you might know, bad experiences always overcome good ones.”

“Eigentlich kaufe ich sehr gerne bei My-Store ein aber die Versandgebühren sind manchmal einfach zu hoch für das was man bekommt. Ich habe schon öfters nichts bestellt, weil mir die Versandkosten zu hoch waren.”

“Ho comandato la cintura troppo piccola, l'ho resa e comandato quella più grande ed è arrivata con imballaggio giusto ma misura sbagliata. Scritto 36 ma la cintura è 34. Vorrei la sostituzione ma stavolta le spese di spedizione non dovrei pagarle io.”

“Il y a une dizaine de jours, j'ai commandé des articles Soda Club. A la suite de cette commande, j'ai reçu un mail me disant que durant un mois, je n'aurais plus de frais de port à payer sur des commandes de plus de Fr. 50.00. J'ai activé ce mail dimanche, mais on me met que ce n'est pas valable. Alors je commande un portefeuille Lacoste et les frais d'expédition de Fr. 9.90 ne sont pas gratuits ?? Je suis très déçue. Belle journée à vous.”
