“Delais de livraison pas respectes, service client le pire que j'ai vue au monde, manque de respect total envers les client. La pire experience de ma vie des que je fais des achats sur internet. Et de plus vous oubliez aussi que la suisse n'est pas qu'en allemand vue que par telephone et whatsapp la plupart des fois vous repondez en allemand. Ce de plus en plus decevant acheter chez vous.”

“Keine rückgabe möglich. Sehr schlecht wenn zu klein. Nach bestellung werden befristete gutscheine verschickt die einem nichts mehr nützen da sie bei der nächsten bestellung schon abgelaufen sind.”

“Celle-ci étais bien! Par contre nous avons commandé un aspirateur robot roborock et il y a eut un soucis avec la livraison. Nous avons attendu plus de dix après les dates de livraison indiquées par votre site. Heureusement je suis entré en communication par mail avec votre équipe qui a été efficace! Je voulais le signaler et remercier votre service Zarasoa”
