“Products come quickly. I do feel the quality of the backpacks has gone down in recent time. Also I didn’t receive enough gift boxes for the amount of gifts I ordered. I do think when order is done well; these products make lovely gifts though, and i would order again.”

“Ordered a blanket for my baby but was a little disappointed of the quality of the product and also the personalised part of it was very disappointing as you can’t really see the name. Other than that, I also ordered a personalised pull along toy which I’m very pleased about. Comes in a lovely box which makes it look more expensive. Overall a good place to buy personalised gifts.”

“Products amazing good quality as expected for the price. Particularly loved the water bottle. Delivery time not the best. Was advised should of ordered next day delivery if wanted a specific time but I’d expect a website banner if there was an influx of orders to say delivery time z would be slower”

“I have used My 1st Years several times after receiving gifts for my kids, and each time I opted for next-day delivery. I even had one parcel sent to Canada without any issues! However, my most recent order— for which I paid for next-day delivery— did not arrive on the promised day due to the delivery partner’s fault. Additionally, I had requested that the gifts be packed in separate gift boxes, but this request was not fulfilled. Despite these issues, the company handled the situation professionally, and I understand that sometimes things can go wrong. They even offered me credit on my account. Overall, I think they are fantastic, and I’m always pleased with their service and the quality of their items.”

“The items I’ve ordered were of nice quality and good looking, however the inside frame of the picture frame didn’t fit at all and I had to cut it in order to fit. Something you would not expect to do if you pay £25 for a personalised frame.”

“I have now ordered 3 of the little backpacks which have been embroidered with names. The font is different on each, perhaps I would have preferred a nicer colour on the boys safari backpack as it is a tan colour which I find drab and not in keeping with design. Unfortunately I ordered 2 at the same time which were sent in the same box so I now have to purchase another gift box as they are obviously for different recipients. The backpacks are lovely and appear to be good quality.”

“I have ordered my first years many times over the past few years & have always found it fantastic- however this time I ordered a doll and personalised box - the doll was perfect. The box was way too big for the doll, it was damaged & also had Borthday on it instead of birthday -which was disappointing so I couldn’t use it in the end after paying extra for it”

“The denim bucket hat arrived beautifully packaged, the quality was incredible and the personalisation stitching was spot on. The only gripe, 0-2 years is a huge size gap, my 3 month old is very likely going to need to wait for next summer before she can style it out in the sun.”
