“The farm shape sorter toy and book seemed lovely but I was really disappointed that the my first years green box it was sent with was too small for the items?? As this was a gift I did not want to unpack the toy from the original packaging and have never been expected to do that with any other purchase to try get it to fit. Was such a shame.”

“Lovely Toybox, however upsetting because it has many imperfections such as chips in the paint and incorrect screw holes drilled. Still a beautiful toybox though shame it’s already personalised and a gift I need this week or I’d return.”

“I have ordered from my 1st years many times and have been happy with the products but this time the gift box the product came in was torn. Whilst l'm happy with the product itself, l'm very disappointed with the box as this is a gift for someone and the box adds a special touch to these products.”

“Complaint sent. Don’t sign up to this service. Emails every day, take no notice when you unsubscribe never mind how many times you do it. They ignore email complaints and then continue to email from a no reply account. Wish I had never bought anything from them. One star for service. Other is for the product.”
