“i've given this 0 purely because of the delivery. Didn't realised you used Evri or i wouldn't have orderd it. I ordered it on the Monday, paid extra for next day delivery (which I'd like back.please) They delivered it at 8.20 on Wednesday evening, left it in next door's shed where it was discovered on Thursday afternoon, as they didn't leave any correspondence as to where it was. I can't recommend anyone who uses Evri.”

“Ordered a gift for my god daughter and paid for next day delivery. The delivery was 7 days late and the box was damaged when delivered. I was reimbursed the £4 which was paid for next day delivery, but overall disappointed with the level of service.”

“I ordered a personalised dressing gown and the personalised first book for my new baby grandson. After I’d placed my order I wanted to change the message inside the book, so I emailed the company. Geraldine got back to me almost immediately and dealt with my request promptly. I was really impressed by her lovely email back to me and how easily she sorted everything for me. My son and daughter in law love the special gifts too. Thank you !”

“The products are great, but I find your site difficult to navigate and use. I had added a bag to my second order which didn't register at all, and now am without one for the second child and they (and their parents) will receive their presents together. Although I have received several emails about a 15% discount for a second order, I didn't receive this for my second one, nor did I see anywhere where I could cliam it. Not encouraging, I'm afraid.....”
