“Products good apparent from the finish of the backpack. Stitching coming out of every part of the bag and some fraying. Most came off but a lot of loose thread coming out.”

“I have been sent a personalise backpack with the wrong font. I emailed to explain this and was told the item is correct when it is clearly not. I then followed up with photos and I have had no reply since. Poor customer service.”

“NO problem with your side of things but the courier you are using Evri was awful Parcel was supposed to be delivered one day as had delivery date and time then when delivery was nearly overdue it changed to we can’t deliver today and I had no idea when it would be delivered but it arrived 3 days later so the delivery part was not very good as I was waiting for it to take for my grand daughter who lives 6 hours away Thankyou Judith Hoggarth”
