“Ordered previously from my first years and happy with what I’ve received. Recently ordered a blanket and Teddy for our Grandsons Christening.. The Teddy is lovely however the blanket looks like a dish rag so dissatisfied 😒 with the quality etc”

“I’ve ordered from here for different items multiple times and they have always been amazing I’ve only ever had 1 name issue which was sorted within 24 hours! Baring mine they say 48 hours to sort out complaints. I Will continue to order from here :)”

“I have ordered from my 1st years many times and have been happy with the products but this time the gift box the product came in was torn. “I love the luxury boxes with the personalised message inside. Although the boxes are scuffed on the fold which is a shame. I did send an email but the email was returned. I’m not sure about the clothing I bought as the boxes were sealed so I haven’t looked at it.”
