“Product looks good but suspect it’s overpriced Chinese import which is a shame. Mistaking bought the wrong size so can’t get a colouring book in this one but nevermind. What’s really annoying is the barrage of emails that followed my purchase. Probably won’t purchase from here again based solely on that.”

“Not happy at all with the deluxe gift box. The circle seal on the box lid had bin broken, so reopened after sealing. The box lid was torn approx 2 inches in on both sides. The outside wrapping was not damaged at all. I did register my disappointment but have not yet had a response.”

“Process and delivery were good. I feel like it’s advertised as personalised, there shouldn’t then be an addition fee for it. Also the writing was beautiful but the fur around was covering it a fair bit so had to trim it a little to be able to see it properly”

“The items were good, but the service was not. They failed to honour next day delivery. They did not inform me and when I chased it up, I was not told when it would arrive. They then went on holdiay over Easter, so no information. The package actually arrived a day later, which was not too bad, but the next day delilvery promise was a major reason for my purchase in the first place.”
