“The items still haven’t arrived. Evri wouldn’t have been my chosen shipping company but I didn’t have a choice and now my items are stranded with a third party for a week! Very disappointed as thiese were meant to be birthday gifts for my daughter. I could have ordered it from the high street for much cheaper and much quicker!”

“I purchased this for my granddaughter as a gift for her first birthday. It looks beautiful and I hope she’ll enjoy it as much as I do. “I received my order and I realised that I had forgotten to get it personalised. I contacted Customer Services, returned the item and received the replacement within 24 hours. I ordered a backpack, it is great quality and will be a lovely gift. I would recommend My 1st Years; they were helpful and quick to resolve my issue.”

“My 1st experience is sadly not great, the product I bought was OK, the personalisation wasnt as good as I expected and the bag was creased. But the most disappointing thing was the crushed gift box that had been stuffed in a parcel bag and then lack of communication from the company. Such a shame as I loved the look of everything.”
