They are completely useless. I was not at home to pick up the parcel, and the guy left a paper only stating 3-9, the times he can deliver. No contact name, no contact number, nothing. I tried to contact hermes to get a number but only the virtual assistant. After strugeling I found a phone number and again the same, a virtual voice asking me for the reference number, but no way to speak with them to get a contact number and speak with the guy who will bring my package, so it will be back to the sender again, as I worked night shift and leave home at 6 pm

Received a ‘ sorry I missed you card’ so waited in all day next day as the card said would try again following day. It didn’t arrive. No way of contacting Hermes. Eventually tracking showed courier was unable to deliver and would try following day, so waiting in again all day, it’s a present so hope it arrives but not hopeful.

Not responsible for their customers and their jobs. They have delivered my parcel empty to the buyer and even though I have paid for insurance, they don't care, they are working so hard to not pay the damage they have caused. Their customer services are so weak they even not answering their phone. They are a very dodgy company, highly recommended not to working with them, as to make you a lot of damage.

Do not buy from a company that uses Hermes for its delivery. They do not tell the truth when they say they have missed the delivery. They simply don't come to your house

I'll never buy from anyone who has their parcels delivered by Hermes. Waited 3 days for a delivery on said time. Courier never showed up and I've kept receiving an emails from them 3 days, saying "We tried to deliver but you weren't in." And it is so fun to wait at home on 3rd attempt, and nobody comes in and you receiving an email that "We missed you...". You feel fooled and don't know laugh or scream... And there is no chance to contact in person and ask why they act like that. I am shocked companies behaving like that in UK.

The worst delivery service in the world,I received 14 delivery slots over a 4 day period wasting time & money waiting for a delivery, I’ve tried to complain , I got a rep,y saying the delivery driver had been spoken. To and assured this wouldn’t happen again , Today after waiting in since 4pm For another delivery, I received an email saying , they tried to deliver & I wasn’t in ,a terrible company please don’t use them

First package from Amazon was lost, second re-order of same item didn’t arrive either. Unable to track package on site as my postcode was unrecognised - don’t know why as it is the postcode everybody else uses for delivery (including Amazon) and it always works for them. No immediate indication of problem on Hermes app - you have to wait hours for an update - if you are lucky.

I put down what i was sending on the website before buying their delivery it was fry ,,Royal mail mail sends out fry on a 1 day special deliver so thought I was fine . paid for a 1 day dispatch on 4 parcels saying fragile etc . and 2 boxes arrived back at my local parcel shop no message from Hermes good job i went there . I have tried to contact hermes . no chance . the other 2 boxes are at their depot after 3 1/2 days ,4 1/2 days tommow The parcel shop rep got in touch with me from the shop and said he would get customer services to ring me that was supposed to happen late today . no phone call . response auto all i was asked for was tracking number 20 times and could not get any other answer. My fry will most likely be dead by tommow the heat bag only lasts 40 hours . no one will deliver no one will return. If i state whats in a box why do they except the money then not deliver .and then to leave them in their boxes to die . 10 hours of phoning e-mailing useing their stupid auto service , out of pocket by £30 odd the boxes heat pads etc , im £40 out of pocket and only have 2 boxes returned 1 oppened left to get the cold air in the box the other still sealed , only just saved them . the other 2 boxes Hermes know there is fry in them so why be so cruel and leave them to die . there was also a book on guppie fry care . They ought to read it .I will upload pictures if i ever get my parcels back i wouldnt give them a star . they are the most disgusting firm out . email them try phoning them it wont work

Hermes Next day isn't!! Dropped parcel shop early Tuesday Delivered mid morning Thursday!What happened to Wednesday?? Complete waste of money should have used Royal Mail ( it was portable size) £5 wasted..never again !

Absolutely the worst courier company in the UK and will not be buying from any retailer that uses them. Too much has gone wrong to write on here and I’m over thinking about how bad they are, it’s frustrating. So I will just move onto a happier place! Buyer beware, you have been warned!

My package should have arrived Tues at deadline I phone Tues told be out first thing Wed but nothing phone yesterday told again delivery first thing today my time slot is 1-3pm jts a joke.

Hermes. This must be the worst delivery company in the UK. I will never buy from anyone who has their parcels delivered by Hermes. Waited in two days for a delivery only to receive an email from them saying, "We tried to deliver but you were out." Why do they think it's appropriate to lie?

Hermes... Get your act together! I am waiting for a delivery. Yesterday's text from you: "Delivery will be between 12 and 2.00 pm". Next text: "Delivery will be between 2.00 and 4.00 pm". Then an email from you "We tried to deliver but you were out". Liars! Today's text: "Delivery will be between 11.00 and 1.00 pm". Another text just received: "Delivery will be between 3.00 and 5.00 pm". Hermes, you are a Mickey Mouse outfit. Your drivers should be dressed as Disney characters.

I’ve been trying to return a parcel to Asda which was delivered by Hermes. Asda doesn’t exist apparently so I’m unable to print a returns label. Tried calling and it doesn’t allow me to speak to someone. Absolutely awful and not user friendly at all

Says you tried to deliver a parcel to my business address on a Saturday i was here wasn't delivered... no card left..called the helpline on monday automated service to say you tried to deliver that day wasnt in...I was in from 7am to get this parcel...no card left...tried your live chat to and all it kept saying was HELLO!!!!! Phoned again yesterday at 11am to be told you tried to deliver the parcel again....again i was in work from 7 am so complete lie... I have never recieved an email or text to say it is getting delivered and have not been given a time slot for delivery... I am awaiting a car part for a car which was sold....but now the customer has cancelled due to the time delay so you have just cost me a £3500 car sale... WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED!!!!!!!! NO TELEPHONE NUMBER TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE DRIVERS OBVIOUSLY CANT BE ARSED DELIVERING IMPORTANT PACKAGES

Delivery driver tested positive for covid 19 in Manchester depot located at safe storage unit, safe storage unit has not shut down for deep clean, and I would also presume hermes drivers custumers have not been informed via track and trace method, protect the NHS hermes not your profit margin

Electrical item just thrown over gate no email to say parcel was coming no delivery card to say where parcel was left I only found parcel when out in back garden with my dog

This company had said they have tried to deliver my parcel on two occasions and I was not at home this is not true I was at home on both occasions and no one tried to deliver a parcel don’t know what address they are trying to deliver to but it certainly not mine this company is an nightmare i am furious as parcel I’m waiting on was for a birthday present that was last week on both occasions I was at my window watching for them and no one even came near my door where is my parcel and who are you trying to deliver to as it certainly not me 😡😡😡
