I've had many parcels delivered (eventually) to me by Hermes. They have consistently been the worst delivery company I have used. They are incredibly slow and the tracking system is poor. My heard sinks when I realise my parcel is being delivered by Hermes. The worst

Hermes said it delivered my £92.00 parcel. Thing is though my son was waiting in for this for me and it did not arrive so either it’s been delivered to wrong address or the driver is a thief. This is the last time I will deal with Hermes as I’ve had a lot of other issues with them previously eg 4 parcels in a row had been tore open, when I saw red over this and ripped in to the driver (same driver) Then they mysteriously stopped getting ripped open. I will never use this company again as They are useless vermin that cause people problems.

Failed to deliver parcel, again. No note/ticket left, again. Tried to contact but no one/no response, again. Contacted Amazon who refunded - thank you! Worst delivery consistently of all time. Try a new job sector.

Booked a parcel to collect Monday and deliver on Wednesday. It's now Friday and parcels hasn't been collected. Tried to contact them all week and they simple hang the phone up without speaking to you. I would avoid Hermes like a barge pole as their customer services is absolutely appalling. No contact and the. They decide someone has told them it doesn't need to go so they cancelled it. Shocking company

I have used Hermes several times in the past but after the latest experience never again. Parcel sent on 26th August 2020 and I'm still waiting for the delivery. I have wasted time on many occasions for the alleged delivery at a time and date given in an email for the parcel not to arrive Try to connect a human at Hermes Parcel is impossible. My advice would be use a different courier.

If i could give a minus star i would, waited in all day, no parcel!!!! Checked their tracking app which stated tried to deliver, i have cctv and there was no attempted of a delivery, said next working day and still no show. Contact any body only the usless bot holly. Absolutely a waste of time, avoid like the plague

Hermes say they are the cheapest & best Couier service WHAT A JOKE - had a text on Tuesday 8/9/20 saying my parcel was on it's way a they estimated I would receive It on 8/9/20 so I stayed in all day at home on Tuesday waiting for the parcel & stayed in all on Wednesday 9/9/20 - it now midday on Thursday 10/9/20 & parcel still not arrived so it' over 2 days I've what in for my parcel what a SHAM HERMES are- its said cheapness is not always the Best - well unhappy customer

If I could rate with my experience with no stars I would. I am a sole trader and started using Hermes during the last two months to deliver samples to my customers. They have lost two parcels and have delivered late nearly everything I have shipped. The customer service is a joke. Up until today it was possible to speak to someone (if you had half an hour to wait) but as of today this is no longer an option, only an automated service which is frankly useless. I am amazed at how this company manages to keep going as their service is terrible. I would suggest that anyone thinking of using them would avoid them like the plague. How they are allowed to mess with peoples businesses and livelihoods is simply unbelievable.

You stated you had delivered my parcel, but you had not. I tried contacting you, but all your services are automated. I tried to phone, but again got an automated service stating my parcel had been delivered. I tried “contact Holly” on you website, where you state you are listening, but that is also automated. You keep sending me in frustrating circles. Your customer service demonstrates clearly that NOBODY is listening.

The same delivery issue as others. Poor issue solving delivery service. I am 24/7 at home with my newborn baby waiting for their attempt to deliver, but they claim that somehow they missed me,or couldn't find safe place to leave my parcel?? There is no "I missed you" card left ,also there wasn't any door bell, or door knock from Hermes. Very unhappy with their unprofessional service.

I havn't got a clue how this scumsucking excuse of a company are still in business.NEVER EVER USE THEM! 1 They do not deliver. 2 They lie about attempted deliveries. 3 Employees do not care. 4 Their insurance is worthless. 5 They are uncontactable. 6.Never purchase anything of value online who use them. You have been warned!

Stated delivery time as 5-7pm, then next day 3-5pm. Both would of been suitable if they actually bothered to adhere to these, both times family members have been at the address by 12midday and both times delivery had already occurred. Conveniently doesn't get updated on the online tracking until 15 minutes before the end of the delivery slot. Who knows if / when I will ever receive parcel. Phone lines are down, no online live chat, awful customer service!

Same as everyone else! They said, we tried to deliver twice (no you didn't as someone is always in, not to mention the absence of a calling card). Still waiting on delivery. Holly the bot is pants with very few options though it takes your email address but does absolutely nothing with it, AND on the left of this page they have the nerve to put 'email' as a communication channel. I tried email but got a bot response telling me it was not in use anymore. How do you communicate with them if you are hard of hearing like myself? Answer: you don't. If I could only award them NO STARS.....

Single worst company I have ever come across. I will cancel any order with any retailer I use if I know they use these clowns. If they aren't delivering to the wrong address they are just flat out stealing your items. Both of which have happened to me. And try contacting them? No chance. Absolute scam of a company.

No contact, chat, response available. Parcel shop on website no longer an agent, damage lost claim come back with repeated enquiry. Worst company to dealt with.

Almost exactly the same as others posting on here. Promised delivery didn’t deliver then sent an email saying they had tried to deliver but no one was home, I have CCTV that confirms that is a total lie. The tracking information is telling me the parcel will be delivered the next day 4days later I’m still waiting. Why do companies still use Hermes when it reflects so badly on there business?

Abysmal service Abysmal service! Arranged to pick up a parcel of an eBay purchase. Didn’t happen. Found out through the tracking number they had trouble finding the property. Filled in full details of how to find the property. No collection. Spoke (eventually!) to customer service. Collection allocated to the wrong courier who didn’t know the area. Customer service couldn’t raise either the right courier or the area manager! Confirmed collection details in the system. Internal email sent to area manager with promise that I would get a call within 24 hours. 72 hours later, spoke again to customer service. Formal complaint lodged with them (I’ll let my manager know is all customer service can do apparently!). Confirmed another internal email sent to area manager. Still no response either to complaint or to tracking number that STILL says they need additional information. So the parcel should have been picked up 11 - yes 11 - days ago and it’s not yet been collected. The worst courier service I have ever had!

Got a text at 8:20pm to say my parcel would be delivered between 7pm and 9pm, it never arrived, got a text at 9:20 saying it had just been delivered, it hadn’t. Tried to get in touch with hermes but could only speak to that robot managed to send a message through it and got a very unhelpful reply 10 days later (see photo) which I can’t reply to 🙄 the seller did replace it (although it was too late for my holiday) don’t know if they will put a claim in but that’s beside the point a parcels gone missing and they couldn’t care less.
