Always problems with myhermes. Package being damaged or lies saying package been delivered. This company has been like this for years retailers should stop using them, it makes your business look bad. I try to not order from company that use this delivery company but sometimes I don’t realise it would be them and then there’s always a problem. I never really write reviews but they are so bad that I just have too also because there is no way of contacting the company to track my item you only can talk to there computerise Holly but it just keeps telling u the same false information without putting u though to someone and it dose not create an investigation of where your item is, so it’s a dead end. This time I usually buy lots of things from Holland and Barrett but I decided to order my stuff to be delivered because I’m alway 9 months pregnant and didn’t want to go to the shop I even payed extra for early delivery but then was sent a text of lies saying my item was delivered but was not. Never ordering for Holland and barrett and and not even sure I want to go to there stores anymore. There’s some independent health food stores near me might try them soon.

Delivery man didn’t attempt to knock or ring. Just posted the “sorry I missed you” card and drove off.

A massive steaming pile of s**t! 💩 👎 I've been waiting over 1 month and 13 missed collections so far!, to collect a item so I can return it. lie after lie as to the reason for not collecting. Also I've never had a parcel deliver to my front door. Always left on top of the wall by my gate for anyone to help themselves to. And they have on a few occasions. But because they have trackers in their vehicles that shows them outside my property I've paid for items that I have never received. Even when ive given instructions not to leave on wall but to drop over the gave... They don't!!! They just don't care.

Huge disappointment, failure mixed with more failure. I had experienced twice already how untrustworthy their service is. Once i almost lost over 1000 Eur on a shipment, which they did not even see in their system the second time i lost 60euro on package where they supposedly did not find the address and company name, where it is written in people sized letters on the wall above the door. So thank you HERMES for making my life harder and harder. In the End, they did not find the package for 2 weeks and then somebody verified the transport without any signs or anything that somebody received it.

Paid supplier for express delivery but after 2 days no delivery, supplier refunded the shipping cost stating the service was 'SLOW'. This is the second time dealing with Hermes, in the first instance they lost the parcel and supplier had to send a replacement. DO NOT buy from a supplier if they use Hermes.

for 10 days I've been waiting for my order to arrive even though I paid 8 pounds for the transport and it didn't arrive, I can't find anyone, no one helps me, a 10 kg package simply disappeared without anyone announcing anything even though I had to to reach the order in 48 hours, no one will contact me, although I left mail and messages on chat. a 10 kg package can't disappear unless someone from their company stole it because it was a pretty expensive product and they saw it for sure. I'm totally disappointed because I needed my newborn baby and they just don't care. I will never work with them again or recommend anyone to do it. BEWARE OF HERMES COMPANY.

Hermes gonna drive me potty! They have admitted that they lost my parcel which I posted on 20th July I submitted a claim on 11th August only to be told today that they had indeed paid my claim....on the day I posted the parcel 20th July!! If it wasn’t so annoying fighting for my money it would indeed be funny...they don’t know what they’re doing and I shall NEVER EVER use Hermes again!!!!

Was given 2 excuses as to why they didn’t deliver my parcel first was problem with access absolute rubbish then said I wasn’t in how would they know if there was a problem with access. Next day got notification saying successful delivery yeah to the wrong address a mile away. Absolutely diabolical service

Just confirming what everyone else says. I had advice would be delivered yesterday, altered three times, then said no one in when they tried - a lie as I was a few feet from the door and also no card left. Any of the other carriers are reliable and never an issue but they charge more as they actually provide a service. Hermes should be hounded out of business. It is not the fault of the drivers who are self employed and given an impossible workload it is the fault of the greedy Barclay brothers who own the firm.

So the claims to have delivered my parcel but takes no signature for it or even a name of any one and its no where to be found. When making for claim as I now have now goods but out of pocket. There is no customer service, its been over 28 days since submitting my claim but no update from anyone. When attempting to email what they call is a customer service team, im receiving the same response word for word (so clearly agents who are unable to think for themselves and are scripted or its automated emails and there is no actual team behind it) Im absolutely shocked at the low level of human task force behind it. How has a comoany with such a lack of communication managed to build where they are today. Worst courier ive had to deal with. I be suprised if i ever hear from any one regarding my refund.

I try to avoid using Hermes because they are consistently incompetent. Unfortunately I ordered goods from Wayfair who did not specify the delivery company. I live and work at a boarding kennels which is always attended. I gave specific delivery instructions together with two telephone numbers in case of problems. Guess what? 'Can't find it', 'access problems' ... All blatant lies. Strange how other delivery companies and all of my customers manage to find me so easily. If I ever get my order I won't be able to use Wayfair again.

I am so disappointed that I received a text saying that my parcel was delivered in my shed and when I checked there was nothing and when I saw the picture sent it was not my place. I tried to contact them and they repeatedly said it was delivered. Yes but to the wrong place!

heremes problem is that the drivers are mostly a 3rd party company or 'logistics' so they arn't actually employed directly by hermes. i know this as i worked for a logistics company in the past who delivered for hermes. usually the only genuine hermes employees are the ones who work in the main distribution centres and the main distribution drivers. these do not deliver directly to the customer. there for it is not hermes them selves that are screwing all this up. its the self employed depots and drivers. i avoid using hermes when i can. but often they are the first choice for alot of ebay sellers. hermes system is completely rubbish. the way the treat their parcels is also unacceptable. something needs to be done. or even better, they need to just disappear and leave it to the profesionals. parcel force, DPD, yodel, these people are much better (y) im sick of receiving parcels two weeks late and damaged. orderes a film for hydro dipping. both occasions the cardboard tube arrived damaged.

Dreadful customer service, impossible to speak and email anyone. No contact details, no one answering telephones a stupid "Holly" online computer that does not let you communicate except for parcel basics. Any email details on the internet are now invalid, come on Hermes what are you afraid of?? My account is now closed after all these years.

Utterly sick of this useless company. I've never had a single item delivered on the day they've promised (no exaggeration) no matter what delivery address I use (one in the town where I work, one out in the sticks and one at a relative's house on the edge of town, so it's not like the driver's can't find the places) Considering they're a delivery company, you would think they could get that one thing that they do right. But no, apparently not. Every time I see that my parcel's gonna be delivered by these total clowns, I just know it's gonna be screwed up and either lost completely or delivered days later than it should be, no matter whether I've paid extra for specific day delivery or not. Totally unacceptable "service", if you can't do the one thing you're supposed to do, don't make a sodding business out of it!!!!!!

The package come damaged. I received an email saying they would deliver the package from 7pm to 9pm. My neighbor knocked on my door that he had my package from 10am. I've been home all day, I don't know why he didn't ring

Hermes has no contact details where things go wrong. You have an auto bot that is only good for general things but you don't want to personally deal with anyone and their problems. I had a courier delivery today who I caught posting a card through my door without calling. He said the doorbell didn't work and, when I told him that's why there was a note to call me, his response was I should fix the doorbell and is my problem. So much for customer service

Received an e mail To say my parcel had been delivered at 11.05, except it's not where it should be (safe place) no card - in case they left it with a neighbour, and no receiver signature on their website because of b...dy covid. I only want to know where my parcel is! Tried talking through their robot Holly, seems she isn't talking. In desperation opened an account with Hermes, but for some reason they tell me I've either entered the wrong e-Mail add, or password😡😡. No wonder I hate dealing with the internet..,
