Parcel allegedly received! Physically never was! I’ve had issues with this Hermes courier on a number of occasions!

No delivery although tracking states ‘couldn’t find address’. Absolute rubbish..just lies lies lies. Can’t actually speak with anyone from Hermes. The company is an absolute disgrace. Thousands of people are not receiving their goods and cannot claim or even seek resolve. It should be closed down and sued. Whoever in is charge needs arresting in my opinion

Beyond awful. Like many others here I will now not order from retailers who use Hermes.... really upset with this experience!

The online tracking service doesn't really work, the driver doesn't use the door buzzer, and even when I am at home they just email saying 'left on porch'. This is a block of flats, there is no porch, and I have never requested or agreed to Hermes 'leaving' parcels anywhere. One delivery they apparently made never materialised... Hermes do not seem to realise that they are taking liberties with people's property by letting their drivers make these careless decisions. I'm at a point now where if a retailer is using Hermes for delivery, I just won't make the purchase.

Worst courier company ever Knock and leave within seconds , say signed for it never is Never leave with a neighbour when said..leave in unsafe places where it gets stolen Liars and just awful Never ever use

My package says it's delivered but I don't have the package. Checked with neighbours as it was delivered at night and no one have it. Never have a good experience with your company.

Parcel was thrown over a 2 mtr fence and landed on patio slab. Lucky it was not a breakable item. Not the first time this has happened.

Bloody useless! Seller says despatched, but it’s sitting in a shop somewhere waiting to be collected, who knows when. Eventually it will be picked up and taken to their sorting office, and later still it will be sent out for delivery. Could be up to TEN DAYS after despatch! Don’t get me wrong, the local delivery people are SUPERB, efficient, keen, conscientious and friendly, but the network is so bloody slow! Pay a few pence more and use Royal Mail, at least they know what they’re doing.

MY ITEM DIDN'T GET DELIVERED TO MY NEIGHBOUR EVEN PUT A CARD THROUGH MT DOOR SAYING LEFT WITH NEIGHBOUR, NO DATE NO NUMBER NOTHING, MY NEIGHBOUR FEELS TERRIBLE WHEN I KNOCKED AND ASKED FOR THIS PARCEL, CAN'T EVEN SPEAK TO ANYONE AT HERMES SHOCKING TAKE YOU ROUND IN CIRCLES WITH NO RESULTS AT THE END, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY SHOULD NEVER HAVE A LICENCE TO DELIVER GOODS. BE WARNED LOOK AT REVIEWS SHOCKING TO READ, PHIL NORTHEAST ENGLAND 🤬🤬🤬

the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with - they can’t possibly stay in business with the shocking attitude and LACK of customer service - the sooner they are put out of business the better - !!!!!!! DO NOT USE THEM !!!!!!!

I have had experience with Hermes 4 times - 3 times they have delivered our parcel to the wrong address and once t never materialised. The parcel that went missing was a very expensive present so I guess someone is waking around with that.....nice :( I would never EVER willingly use Hermes myself - last week I order from a huge retailer (again a present) and surprise surprise it has not turned up although the Hermes tracking says it was delivered so it has either been taken to the wrong address or stolen. There is no signature either due to 'Covid' but no photo is provided either. The only way fr me to contact Hermes is through their online virtual 'help' which is no help whatsoever and after a very frustrating 5 minutes received a standard reply saying Hermes will be in touch within 2 days. Great....not. Hermes are the WORST delivery company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with :(

Please do not use this parcel company .They have lost my parcel 2 months ago .And still will not pay me out for the insurance they just keep telling me lies .You cannot even speak to anyone at Hermes.I Did take it further with resolver . This parcel company should be shut down .This company should have no stars

They cannot even do a simple delivery (and they supposed to be a “delivery company”). Absolutely incompetent (including the customer service team and the CEO). No point to complain (if you find where to complain). They cannot deal with complains. Bunch of unprofessionals and incompetents. Hope they will run out of business soon!!!

Shockingly bad service. Received an email three days ago telling me that my parcel was out for delivery..nothing has arrived so far, no further emails explaining what the problem is. Whenever I order from a company who use Hermes I expect the delivery timescale to be up to two weeks, if at all.

i refuse to buy anything sent via this company as i know il be buying it for the theiving courier . ive nebver had anything actually arrive when its sent via hermes although ive always miraculously Signed for it . if you actually want the parcel to arrive then use another company

Hermes customer service is an oxymoron and should be renamed Hermes lack of service. Here are a few instances of just how badly Hermes can perform on one consignment entrusted to them (1) I sent a parcel via Hermes and a few days later received an e mail telling me Unfortunately the contents of this parcel have become lost within our network. Quite how the contents could be lost unless someone ay Hermes decided to see what was inside the parcel. (2) The e mail also said if I require any further information please do not hesitate to contact us on the following number and press option 2. Did that and got a pre recorded message telling me that this number was no longer in use and gave a new number ( perhaps the number change had occurred in the one hour between receiving the e mail and making a call ) ( 3 ) Rang the new number pressed 2 and was asked did I want to speak to an agent, if so press 1. Did this and was immediately cut off, redialled a further 3 times all were just cut off. ( 4 ) Decided that perhaps live chat with Holly was the answer, silly me. Asked various details such s name e mail address etc was asked to enter 16 digit tracking number only to be told there was a problem with this delivery. Ok I thought, Holly will put me through to an agent but oh no just asked did i wish to track another parcel. I kept on entering I wanted to speak to a human and after repeatedly asking for 2 -3 minutes was asked if I would like someone to call me to which I said yes and provided my number. Was then told someone would call me shortly. Surprise, surprise no call received after 48 hours so I decided to escalate my problem and sent a polite e mail to :- Daniel Jackson Head of Customer Service Neither he nor any of his staff have yet been in touch so if the boss can't be bothered then why should the front line staff. ( 5 ) As I am actually out of pocket having refunded the e bay member who paid for the item I decided to phoning again managed to get an answer and was told to press 1 to speak to somebody or I could go on line. By now I knew on line would not work so I pressed 1 and joined the queue. Some 35 minutes later I actually got through to an agent and after some time getting her to actually understand just what my problem was she sent an e mail with a claim form and said she would hold on whilst I checked that I had received the form. I confirmed I had and she asked if she could help with anything else. I said no thanks and asked why, when they sent me an e mail at the beginning did they not attach the claim form as well. I have submitted the form and had a return e mail to confirm receipt so we will wait and see what happens next. Also just to cap it all when you phone you are charged 7p per minute, Nice little earner considering just how many complaint calls they must be getting
