I'd give them 0 stars if I could. 4th issue with them in under 2 months. Getting to the point where I'm tempted to check the courier before I purchase and not get anything delivered if its Hermes. Theyve now delivered my parcel to a different address. Useless!

I have had two emails telling me that Hermes attempted to deliver but I wasn’t in. I have a small house and a loud doorbell. I haven’t even been out to the back garden. No calling card was left because no delivery was attempted. I think they are waiting for more parcels to be delivered in my area before they come with mine. It’s totally unacceptable, lying to cover themselves. Note: delivery attempts made at midnight?

I had booked Hermes to collect 2 parcels. The day of collection, I received an email saying the courier had come but was unable to collect my parcels as I was not in. I had waited in all day and they had not attempted to come at all. I have a video door bell which shows they did not come to my property. The following day I received the same email stating they had tried again. Again, I had been in all day and the video doorbell shows no courier coming to my door. Very unprofessional and very frustrating to have to go through this rigamarole.

Parcel arrived from hermes,wet and all items broken even though well packed with bubble wrap.Emailed hermes who said there just the couriers and to contact the seller.Why on earth is it covered if they want nothing to do with it!

Absolutely dreadful. I’ve yet to have a parcel delivered on time and frequently they lie and say you weren’t in. I’ve never seen a company get consistent 1 star reviews. They should be allowed to trade at all.

Terrible service, do not use. They did not leave my parcel yesterday. They sent a message today to say would be delivered between 3 and 5pm. I was in all day and got an email whilst I was at home saying they tried to deliver at 1.45pm!! Still do not have my parcel and the web site only has a robot to talk to who is USELESS.

parcel currently four days late. Each day they say, ``Your parcel is at our local depot and on its way to you.'' with random times like 5.32. But it never comes.

Terrible system and no way to talk to anyone to get it resolved They sent an text advising my package will be delivered between 4-6pm. No problem there, I will get my shopping done before the delivery then.... So I decided to pop out to the shop to grab some food etc. On my arrival home, I have missed passage note, so I went onto the website and is advised I missed this at 13:12. This annoyed me, as without the text, I would have been home. When I looked on the missed parcel note, the website and google. There is no way to talk to anyone or email a customer service team. They only have an AI they will tell me I missed my package.... I KNOW! I wanted to talk about that. Then they advise to contact the supplier for any other issue. I will be advising the supplier to no longer use this service. This is not the only time they have caused issues for deliveries.

Parcel stuck in tracking for 3 weeks. Can’t speak to anyone. Haven’t yet managed to claim. Worst courier. Lousy non existent support. Shouldn’t be allowed to take money from customers when they don’t provide adequate service.

Parcel not delivered and hwrmes send email saying that they attempted and that hlthere was no safe place recorded. 1 I was in waiting and second a safe place was recorded and I have the email to prove that. Hermes is a bunch of lying people with a buch of theeves for drivers.

Waited in for 4.5 hours then never came , but lied about trying to deliver, always the same , will not purchase again from retailers using them

You lied yesterday saying I was not in when I was watching front door entire expected time. Delivery also failed today despite similar watching all evening. Having to wait now until at least next working day - Monday? Birthday present plans ruined. Wriggle should stop using.

Today I was expecting my parcel, they lied saying that I wasn’t in, when I’m working from home and been home the entire day. I’m very disgusted, because I’m making birthday and needed my parcel. Very very annoyed

They lie saying I wasn't in. They Havnt been twice this week and I have notes on front and back door. Disgusted yet again with Hermes so I am waiting at their 3rd attempt after complaining to company and the company I have ordered from

during the summer I had several of my sending parcels go missing which cost me to refund my customers . True Hermes WERE good but now they are not to be trusted , their fabricated excuses , difficulty to contact , late deliveries - they are bad . Someone within needs to get a grip . Reading these reviews sums up what a basic set up they are .

Package dumped on front path! No attempt made to post it through the letterbox. No attempt made to even ring the doorbell! Lucky it wasn't stolen.

It is the worst company in the world. My parcel has been told to be deliver today . We have been waiting at home from 7:00am- 9:00pm whole day, but it was still not deliver. At last minute we received a message said that our parcel has been delivered.but I still do not understand which planet or heaven they deliver to . It is a fraud company.

ABSOLUTELY DIABOLICAL COMPANY I sent a computer monitor well packaged using EBay Packlink, but the carrier was Hermes. Hermes collected from the parcel shop and 4 hours later it had mysteriously disappeared from the Hermes van. Either the incompetent driver was careless or they stole it as there is no other explanation as it is scanned at every point of its journey. The maximum compensation they pay is a miserly £25. It’s a disgrace. They have a duty of care and contract to take reasonable care of the parcels in their care under consumer law and they did neither. I will never use them again. I intend to go to the small claims court as I have been reviewing other cases exactly the same and other people have won their cases. Why are all these parcels going missing there should be a thorough investigation and police involvement. Hermes just tell you to contact Packlink and wash their hands of it yet it’s them that have lost the parcel not Packlink, it’s their staff. They don’t care how stressful it is fighting for your rights after trusting them with your parcel. It’s not my fault it’s theirs. They were under a contract but broke it. I would not recommend anybody to trust Hermes to send their parcels.
