If you value your customers do not use HERMES Ordered item 10/11 Update online from HERMES 13/11 - We have your item and it will be delivered by a courier on the next working day (That would be Mon 15/11) 15/11 - No parcel. No update online. Automated Customer Service unable to process anything other than pre-scripted messages. Stating item will now be delivered in next 48hrs (so, not next working day then!?) 16/11 - No parcel. No update online. Automated Customer Service still stating as per 15/11. Phone customer service is also automated. No help. 17/11 - No parcel. No update online........ I ordered other items from Germany on 11/11 (a day after this order) and they were here on 15/11. If you value your customers go elsewhere for a more reliable service.

If you could choose another courier to deliver your parcel, would highly recommend it. On 5 November 2021, I received a notification from Hermes that my parcel has been delayed due to an event in my area. It is now 16 November and there was no notification as to what is happening with my parcel. I tried to contact them but their chat service wasn’t helpful nor calling the number I found online as it was as useless as the chat. There’s no way to speak to someone just to get an update or to follow up my parcel they are holding for some reason. It is frustrating and disappointing Hermes!

I ordered a set of coffee tables was sent on 24hr delivery delivery was suppose to be 10th November l am still waiting for delivery l also got a bike costing £150 that never turned up still waiting for this after 5 weeks this company deliver anything on time l stopped using amazon as there use Hermes and now when look at other companys that use them there not answer emails and there no telephone number to speak to this company think any company that use hermes going to loose customers unless there use another delivery company

Please don't send your parcels with Hermes this Christmas because they are having a serious internal problems with deliveries. Already they have backlogs of parcels to deliver and it's not Christmas rush yet. If you want your loved ones to receive their Christmas presents be wise and use an alternative and reliable courier. Be smart! Hermes is struggling!!!!

They have more than two of my parcels undelivered for over three weeks. Loads of friends also in the village of Droxford Hampshire are in the same position but Hermes does nothing to help at all

Package unwrapped and re-sealed. Contents stolen. Replaced with shoes. You will be reported to the Police. Funny how you can’t Google review anymore for Hermes! I wonder why!!

BE EXTREMELY AWARE that your items can get stolen while in Hermes care. If you report it or complain, they just brush you off, with non-sense standard replies such as "sorry your item was damaged" or "box was open". I my case my box was carefully opened, my laptop was stolen from inside and replaced with pair of shoes, taped up and delivered. My complaint to Hermes was a waste of time. Through their inaction, they encourage thieves to steal your goods, knowing well, Hermes won't do a thing.

Ordered something for my disabled father, hasn't arrived a week later. Said they had tried to deliver twice but I was at my father's address on both occasions as I'm his carer. No doorbell rung or door knocked. Can't get hold of anyone at Hermes, digital assistant, Holly is absolute rubbish. My usual Hermes driver who delivers to my house is great, guy called Trevor but 3 miles up the road to my parents and a different driver and diabolical.

I made an order on the 3/11/21. Next day delivery. Hermes didn’t bother to collect it. And at the last minute I received a message stating there was a delay. I won’t see that. If so it will be the usual dump and run. Safe place option is pointless and the digital chat is useless. They block the resolver platform with a false customer contact option/link. It’s a Hermes lucky dip really. I do not understand how this company is allowed to operate.

So an ebay seller has trying to send me an item using their fictional Collections. Like me, they have discovered they never come and you have to take it to them. Waiting weeks. Then I get a notification saying they tried to deliver but someone was in all day and we have a Ring doorbell: saw nothing! Literally no way to contact customer service.

Hermes is the absolute worst of the lot. I've never had a parcel delivered by Hermes without a hassle – and several haven't been delivered at all. Just to begin with, there are no options to rearrange another day for delivery so we're at the mercy of random materialisations. Then it gets sent back to the seller after 3 'tries'. FFS. Meanwhile, the humble Post Office & Royal Mail will hold something for three weeks, and also allow customers to book a new delivery date. Due to these difficulties, I then decided to select the option for delivery at a local shop that's open 7am to 11pm, seven days a week – but Hermes couldn't even manage that. This was sent back after 3 'tries' at the shop. And today I had an email notification that my parcel had been delivered through my letterbox, while I was at home waiting for the delivery. No sign of anything through the door, and I checked on both sides of it. The alleged proof was a blurry photo that looked like nothing in particular. The door number was not visible, neither was the door! It's reached the point where I will simply not deal with companies using Hermes – and I let them know about it.

I am now missing two delivery from hermes . One from last year December 2020 and the other last month October.I am so frustrated as getting hold of customer service is a nightmare. I made an order through asos. Hermes delivery is supposing to deliver my goods,but I have received nothing. Nearly £100 pounds I have spent with asos and up till now ,I haven't received any of the items I bought.

Non-existent customer service The customer service for this company is non-existent. I bought an item on Sunday afternoon with next day delivery. Hermes acknowledged they had the parcel on Monday. Late Monday night they then notify me its going to be a day late - that is fine. It does not arrive on Tuesday, and I receive no update. I had the shipper open a ticket on Wednesday with Hermes which Hermes then said it can take 3 to 5 working days to address the ticket. I have since tried Hermes robot messenger which just gives me the most recent update of '24 hours late' which was received on Monday. Now we are on Friday, and I've attempted to call Hermes help line where you are meant to be able to speak with an actual person. When I tell the automated message my tracking number it refuses to understand me saying the number 'zero' and over and again says did you say the letter 'o'. None of their social media platforms offer a way to message them directly. I don't understand how this company is still operating. I ordered shoes on Sunday to be delivered Monday for a work trip the following Monday. I will now need to find a different set of shoes over the weekend as I have absolutely zero update on my current package. I have only ever had appalling service with Hermes and the icing on the cake is zero customer service. I will be notifying House of Fraser that they should consider changing their delivery company and will opt for an alternative courier every time its possible. I look forward to Hermes ignoring this message as well as apparently they have zero employees.

Possibly the worst parcel company in the UK which has no customer service you could talk to. Marked my parcel as delivered without any proof. Emailed one day its sorted it happened by mistake I was told yesterday my parcel found and will be delivered with in 48hrs now got an email saying need another 48hrs to investigate it no phone number to speak to anyone. Number given is automated asks you for tracing number and thats it. These clowns hide behind these automated phones. Is there any possibility these online companies could use better parcel service instead of these clowns

Absolutely ridiculous!!! Deliver the item to the incorrect addresses all the time or leave them by our gate so someone will steal them!

Paid for item to be collected from my home only the driver will not come through our gate to collect the parcel because she is scared of dogs. When she delivers items she either leaves them by the gate to be stolen or launches them over the gate. My Hermes state “contact our customer service, were here to help” there’s a good case for trading standards to look into them as you can not contact a person to discuss your issue without great effort and hours wasted. Awful customer service.
