“is this company for real,they say they have tried to deliver on 2 occasions and never been anywhere near my property i have extensive cctv as well as a ring doorbell recording and they have been nowhere near,ive now contacted the company i ordered from and returned my goods and want a refund and all this because hermes cannot do there job, some any companies using hermes should have a rethink and get rid them because they will ruin your business”

“Absolutely terrible company I have had numerous bad experiences and there is no way of contact other than live chat, I waited over an hour to be told they cannot communicate with the delivery staff.”

“Would rather give minus 5 stars !Ordered a huge jelly cat toy. Awful service ,after 3 failed deliveries and saying each day could not make delivery and no update on redelvering day 3 of trying to reslove this they say my parcel was left on the door step at 11.59pm 3days ago. This is not the case as i have cameras.Makes me angry the ammount of bad reviews that they get away with this. Its no the first time i have has problems with them.”

“Terrible, first attempt failed, requested second attempt to be delivered to my neighbour & another card through my door to say I wasn’t in!! In all today waiting & still not come on day 3! No communication & can’t contact them!”

“They lost my three packages. The daily tracking number shows that the courier tried to deliver the package, but this is false information because I was at home all the time. waiting for packages that I should receive a week ago! It's ridiculous!!!”

“Worst courier service ever.lost numerous parcels recently!!! One recently delivered after 4 Weeks!!!!!! Then said I wasn't entitled to a refund after losing it and then delivering 4 weeks later leaving me out of pocket with the buyer! Another parcel still not delivered after 2 weeks and another case open!!!!! I now use Royal mail !!!! Avoid at all costs!”

“Second time they are not delivering my parcel, each time they claim the parcel is deemed 'unaccounted for'. Tired of this, avoid at all costs. Undoubtedly the worst courier company.”

“The worst delivery company in the UK. Most times they don't deliver my parcels but send them back to the sender marked "Address inaccessible". That's strange, because Yodel, Parcelforce, Amazon, UPS, DHL, Fedex etc etc all deliver regularly with no problems. Hermes just tell lies.”

“If there’s minus stars I will select it but unfortunately there is not that option. My package was left in an unsafe place, out in the open street and they shifted the responsibility saying it was my chosen ‘safe place’ to leave it. Terrible delivery and any companies that uses this delivery service I will not order from them ever.”

“Still waiting for parcel 2 days after it was ment to be delivered... no contact for Hermes and they don't reply to enquiries... basically just please themselves when they'll deliver... I paid for next day delivery. Their app says they are having trouble finding our property... funny they delivered another parcel 2 days prior and get delivery from them at least once a week... lying through their teeth again... we are the only Hotel in this tiny Scottish village... how can you say you can't find our Hotel in a one street village when you already delivered here multiple time (by multiple I'm talking about 100's of time)? Shocking customer service... shocking contact centre.. this company are genuinly prepared better at sweeping customers under the carpet as they are at logistic and that is a proven fact in our area! Everyone says the same in our shire... Thanks again for wasting our time and our customers... you always meet expectations and perhaps it is time for at least a little improvement on delivery and customer experience and services.”

“Next day delivery is a joke! They said the parcel was delayed, then 5 days later, they said they're were road closures so would deliver the next day. 5 more days and after I emailed every hermes address I could find, they said the parcel was missing. If I'd known debenhams were using Hermes, I would have ordered elsewhere”

“Absolutely appalling service! Only attempts to deliver your parcel 3 times and sometimes in the same day no matter if you're in or not! Only gives an hours or so notice about delivery so if you're at work there is no way of getting the parcel! They immediately send it back to sender without allowing you to collect it or pick a delivery option when you are going to be home! The WORST delivery company which I absolutely haaate using! AVOID!!! Because you will not receive your parcel!!!”

“I have NEVER had acceptable service from Hermes. They send messages saying they tried to deliver when you are standing by your door waiting. They lie, they’re impossible to have a real conversation with and they’re totally appalling all round. I will cancel anything I’ve ordered if I know Hermes are the courier, unfortunately this isn’t always evident at point of sale. Hermes should and must be disbanded, they are making money for failing to provide a service and it’s disgusting.”

“Arranged collection for Amazon refund. Told collection would be next business day anytime from 8am to 8pm, so waited in 2 days and of course, Hermes, being the most consistently useless courier company in the country, did not turn up. I shouldn't be surprised - they usually leave my parcels on a neighbour's doorstep over a mile from my house because that's where the satnav takes them. Dreadful company. From now on, if I order something online & it says the carrier is Hermes, I will cancel the order. They are that bad.”

“This company failed to deliver a parcel. They emailed me saying the parcel has been delivered , which is not true as I didn’t get anything. They have a photo which does not correspond to my flat or even my building , so it’s not even with a neighbour. Customer service said the courier confirmed the delivery. So they are frauds.”

“This company should not be allowed to be responsible for the most basic delivery!! A single star review gives them too much credit. Lie after lie...failed delivery when it is a business address and a lot of people to take delivery not once but 3 times and that is just for one item ! Not that it makes any difference leaving a bad review because they continue to exist , lie and cause a loss of business !! This is the new norm ...remove any way of contacting your customer service or forbid taking any responsibilty for any shortfalls. A complete joke !!!”
