Parcel never arrived, and that was not the first time .Will never use a company that has Hermes as there delivery option.

Constant failure to deliver items on time, various excuses "no one in" (we were), "traffic event in the area" (there wasn't), "attempt to deliver next day" (they didn't), "it's the app" (it isn't) etc etc. Absolute shambles need investigating.

There is not a parcel company out there that is this bad! They delivered one of our parcels so we thought, they took the label of our parcel containing sweets and stuck it on another parcel containing somebody else's jumper, parcels damaged constantly, drivers refusing to pick parcels up, it's embarrassing! What's worst is Tesco had allowed their stores to accept drop offs lol it just gets worst, we as a business will never use Hermes again! Over to Royal mail

Worst delivery service ever. The delivery driver lied about not being able to get my address, even though I have had many deliveries from them in the past. The delivery driver took a dark photo and sent to me, even though he/she was 4.8 miles to my address according to their own gps. They left another lies with the sender, M&S, that they didn't meet me at home after two attempts. Hands down the worst courier service ever. Poor customer service. No means of communicating with any human except a terrible robot that will never connect you to a real human. Send your parcel at your own peril....and most of their clients will be receiving poor reviews because of Hermes. If it's possible, I will leave a zero rating.

Horrible, horrible service. Tipically their couriers just dump and run. Parcels are left unattended. No one ever buzzes the intercom. In my last parcel, 245GBP worth of goods was stolen from the package, then carefully re-sealed. There is no one to talk to at Hermes, they removed every way of contacting, except for a stupid robotic chat which does not even contemplate all options. Terrible service, really. There should be a criminal record on couriers dumping valuable parcels outside on a busy street!

Ordered goods which were to be delivered from the Netherlands, all appeared well on Hermes tracking site. Goods on the way to local courier but delayed for 24 hrs. Three days later contacted retailer who in turn contacted Hermes, result was they have lost parcel. Retailer said they would send replacements free of charge. Hermes tracking received parcel but was delayed due to bad weather (Storm Arwen) but would attempt delivery next working day. Initial delay understandable but eight days later still waiting delivery. Do Hermes have a grudge against people living in The North East Of England? Appalling service to lose two successive deliveries.

it takes only one day for DHL to delieve a packet for us. and the same sender sent a packet with hermes. hermes said we could not find your address. it's been a week and they don't tell me what happend to my packet. they just keep saying that we can't find your address and we will try again. it's really unacceptable.

Hermes is a circus🎪 . These people are useless just USELESS. The worst delivery company in the world. I don’t know how they haven’t been shut down. I hope the government shuts them down, they are a circus. I have received an email saying my order was delayed due to a events in the area, but what does that even mean ?? It’s been 4 days and haven’t had any update about my order, I ordered a nice pair of Jordan’s that sold out everything instantly. Next time if you want to shop online call or email the retailer and ask them for another delivery company and pay that extra money it would save you from a lot of trouble.

A simple delivery got lost literally don’t understand why merchants have contracts whit MyHermes when is the worst delivery company there is hurting merchants reputation. No matter how cheap their delivery is it is just not worth it, I had to use Hermes as merchant only had Hermes as delivery partner I knew right away there will be trouble Hermes is known to be the worst delivery company but looking at all the reviews everywhere I guess this is their strategy for people to think they are the worst and is because they are the worst obviously Hermes as a company have serious integrity and workforce and management issues.

Terrible company if I could give them a zero I would, both myself and my daughter order presents for Christmas, had emails saying the parcels had been delivered and left in the porch. I don't even have a porch 4 parcels are missing yet we both had the same photo saying they were delivered but the parcels were from 3 different companies. Mine was house of fraser my daughters was JK Etire and footasylum Strange how we both had the same photo. Hermes sort out your drivers they are thieves!!! Noone can afford to loose money this time of year

Parcels have been sitting with you for over 3 weeks now, you are providing a really poor service for your customers. You are making people’s business look really bad by your poor standards. Companies you need to use a different delivery company they are making your business look bad by not delivering your goods. Will never use Hermes ever because of the poor delivery standards

Appalling company. The worst I have ever dealt with. Providing a local phone number answered by a human being would be a simple cure but that is too much for the idiot in charge to instigate. What a pathetic lot. DO NOT ENTRUST YOUR PARCEL OR DELIVERY TO THIS COMPANY.

Pathetic company. I have been using Hemres for over 5 years for my ebay perosnal sells. Recently, they damaged 3 of my parcels. One which had toy was found in pieces, another toy parcel was stolen by driver. After chasing him for days he delivered it in another bin bag but with lots of toys missing from it. Third parcel had camvas wardrobe and driver broke all tubes of even that. After submitting claims several time for 2 month Hermes replied that my parcels were low value so they wont compansate me. Customer service is worse than pathetic. Takes forever to speak to someone and when they come on the phone they disconnect calls deliberately. One of the agent told me "write complaint to manager whats the point telling me anything, I aint gonna give you your money back." Another staff advised me "Hermes is full of **** with independant self employed drivers and I shouldnt use it. " Imagine their own staff advising you that. Never ever going to use it again.

If I know a seller is using Hermes, I would definitely not order the item. I have several neighbours who have had multiple parcels go missing. Hermes supply photo of drop of delivered area but none of our addresses. Warning all on line sellers - "DONT USE HERMES"

Will no longer purchase from retailers who use Hermes. Wholesale theft by employees is regarded as a legitimate second income.
