“Incredibly rude. And lied to me about delivering a parcel to a person in the same block as me. They weren't and I had to walk all the way to a different block with a knee injury.”

“This is the worst experience EVER!! I think Calzedonia UK and Hermes is the marriage from the hell. I am sure these companies are a complete fraud. Stealing your money, details, time, and never delivers. As someone said here, if the delivery company will be Hermes, I won't place an order.”

“Just the most dreadful company ever. I've put in several complaints with them about couriers not turning up to collect parcels or my orders being cancelled by Hermes and no one telling me, and every time they have promised to fix it and make sure it won't happen again. Well this is the 5th time I have tried them again and once again, after me calling on the day of my collection and being promised it was being collected before 12, it was not collected, and when I called they told me the courier had cancelled the collection. Once again. No explanation, no one called me to tell me, I had to chase them up and spend hours on hold (and after being hung up on). Then I was told there were no Managers in at all to take a complain and it was impossible to talk to a manager but Sarah on customer service promised me she would contact the collection courier and she would email me to confirm what was happening. Surprise surprise, no such email was sent. Tried to get through to customer service again today but after being hung up on twice after waiting on hold for over an hour, I have given up and complained via 'Holly' which is not easy to do. Not surprisingly. I'm done with Hermes. I've given them enough chances, they clearly don't want my business.”

“I'm sure there are honest delivery drivers just trying to make a living in the Herpes network but there also absolutely useless c***'s who are really good at not delivering parcels and I am 60% sure things are being stolen. Either hire actual professionals or just blow up the depots and give it up Hermes, what are you even doing at this point, it's certainly not delivering parcels”

“Never received my 2 parcels from Hermes, I just new when superdrug said couriers were Hermes that was the end and it was. Hermes tracking says we are expecting your parcel look for another parcel!!! This was 6 weeks ago guess its been stolen. This is not the first time this as happened to me when a retailer uses Hermes, I've have waited all day for delivery and then late at night received a text saying the driver has had difficulty finding your address! !!! I can not understand superdrug because all the way though lockdown my parcels were delivered by royal mail from them with no problems whats so ever. On that note I have had lots of deliveries with royal mail as the couriers and have no problem at all parcels arrive safe and intact, even now when they are their very busiest parcels have arrived promptly. Now I ask first with the retailer who the courier going to be if they say Hermes I will not order.”

“The most useless this Hermes ! With silly excuses, my parcel it was "slightly delayed" because of the virus. Not possible to contact them, just a stupid robot answer. When I was personally to the local hermes depot, they said "sorry it's too late, disappeared" They just waste your money and time. From 5 stars they not deserve even one, I would give -2. I don't trust anymore. Shame hermes !!!”

“Terrible service do not use iv been lied to for 3 days order something with next day delivery and hermes as it at Coventry warehouse and rude staff said they send it when they want doesn't matter people have paid next day delivery they are very rude staff i wouldn't use them at all”

“Terrible service don't bother to use been waiting 4 days for a parcel from Coventry warehouse been lied to by 3 members of there staff over last few days said it doesn't matter if next day delivery they deliver items when they want but still charge people for next day they are cowboy company with rude ill mannered staff i wouldn't use”

“Failed to turn up for a "next day" parcel home collection on Thursday, Received an email on the day saying they were unable to collect that day. Not my fault, just nobody arrived to collect. Email informed it would be collected today, Friday. Today the parcel has been sitting outside on my doorstep all day. again nobody has called to collect. Just seen an email timed at 1415 saying "sorry we were unable to collect your parcel today, we will try again tomorrow". What do they mean, "try again", nobody has bl---y been !! It was for my daughter's birthday on Monday14th December. So no chance now. Try Royal Mail next time.”

“Rubbish , x2 parcels sent back overseas due to change of address at short notice. And upon registering on this hermes site not possible to log in to get another (#3) left with a neighbour (ie;safe place) as doesn't recognise password hence go to change for new password which it then says (quote: email sent) yet nothing and tried 5 times to no avail hence this will be 3rd parcel being returned. I will in future advise senders of goods I purchase to avoid Hermes at all costs.”
