I was expecting and advised of a delivery yesterday 10th December from Clarkes shoes between 4-6pm. I was home and sat in my lounge all day. At 5.45pm I got an email saying my parcel was delivered at 4.57pm but no one was I and no safe place to leave the parcel and it would be delivered the following day. I am still waiting. The delivery information was a complete lie, it was never delivered, This is not the first time I have been waiting a delivery from Hermes. This company is a disgrace and I will never use them again. Totally unreliable 😔

I have sent two parcels to Glasgow which have "got lost". The initial delivery driver said he had problems finding the address even though they have delivered there numerous times. Customer services cannot find it. Daughter and three grandchildren now without xmas presents. Have a great christmas!!!

Is the worts company the london all ways the lost the parcels. You can’t speak with anyone because you speak with a machine all the time. All ways in the track the are putting delayed 24 h but never the give you a solution. Is the most horrible company i had all ways problems with this company

2days waiting for my item to be delivered, tracking still saying awaiting to consign to a driver now come Hermes surely your company have enough drivers that can deliver my package i live 30-40 minutes away from the Hayes depo despite this im still waiting 2 whole days for them to deliver my item, tried contacting them only get automated system, where are all the living people that work for Hermes surely there are people and not just robot working for Hermes, this company is by far the worst delivery company I’ve ever come across

It's very annoying. I purchased a Christmas gift on 27th November and is meant to be delivered on 4th December. Still, I'm waiting for the purchase. The worst thing is Hermes customer service is not existing and there is a robot "Holly" who is not helpful at all. The tracking number shows the parcel is in transit, for the last 4 days without any moving. No one is there to ask what is happening?! Hermes is not reliable because: First of all, if you need to speak to a human you will charge £6 for each call plus your phone company rate Secondly, I have spoken!!!! To the robot who said someone will contact me after 2 working days still I'm waiting. In the end, I don't recommend the company that hidden themselves behind the Robot and no human is there to solve your problem

They say: 'When the going gets tough, the tough get going! When things go wrong with Hermes you cannot see them for dust! Parcels do get lost, but when you cannot speak with a representative and the automated answering programs just take you round in circles you can only feel you have been conned. NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I USE HERMES PS I have used Hermes for the last few years, sometimes there were issues, but you could speak with someone to resolve them. Never have I had a problem like this. They have seriously dropped the ball, or are so arrogant they couldn't care less!

Very poor service! I seem to be one of the lucky ones because my parcel did arrive. I have no idea when the parcel arrived as it was just put over the garden gate and I only saw it in the morning when I woke up. The box was saturated with rain and fell to bits when I tried to pick it up. I have a largr covered porch that could have protected it, but anothe 5 metres walk was obviously too far to go! When I checked the delivery photograph it was just a gray fuzzy blur. How remarkable! Sadly I will no longer use any online company that uses this delivery firm.

over the last month i have sent 4 parcels (consoles related ) each parcel has been lost each one covered by insurance , but the last parcel i sent was insured is proving to be more difficult to get my money back from , first ignore all my emails for 2 weeks then had to ring up , on hold for 45 minutes then to be told they will need to contact my depot where parcel was taken too , told them already been checked while i was mid talking he cut us off , rang back up on hold for another 45 minutes, got through told them want to claim said send link to my address for claims loss form , got email link not working , rang straight back do you believe they shut this was a saturday , so rang back monday another 45 minutes wait got through managed to get link for claims for , but the claims form in said form going to be looked at within 28 days been 2 weeks since form went in , have heard nothing at all , i paid £16 for next day delivery with insurance . i will never ever use the company again and would advise everyone else to stay clear , i find it very strange that my parcels were consoles and computer games that have gone missing each time which were large boxes but when i have sent packages of clothes out they manage to be delivered . my advice stay clear of this company utterly useless , i wouldn't even give it a one star if had choice

Was notified my item was ā€œdeliveredā€, I had signed for it and there was even a picture of something (a red blur in front of a black background) No idea how I had signed for it as I was away from the house! When I got home no package was there so checked all around my house and knocked on my neighbours door. My parcel was nowhere to be found. Checked my security camera and a van did come to the house. Someone parked outside the house and sat in their van, seemed to be doing something on a tablet then drove off. Hermes customer service line is basically a robot and it’s impossible to to talk to a human. They say my item is delivered because I have signed for it and there is a picture of the package on my doorstep! I’m beyond annoyed cause it was a fairly expensive Christmas present. No one to talk to so having to try and work something out with the seller (who is being fantastic about it) but will probably end up having to explore a refund with PayPal. I will actively avoid buying from anyone or business that uses these cowboys in the future. Stay away from them cause they don’t give a rats bum about delivering. From my experience it appears the drivers are keen to take the parcels for themselves!!

Instead of delivering a parcel from my sister containing my Christmas presents, they delivered the address label and the brown paper which had covered the box. After one phone call and four emails to the ceo, the last one threatening to take this to Watchdog, I got a reply. Even though the chap had read my emails he asked me to tell him what the problem was. Exactly what did he think the problem was?! I want my parcel not just a bit of brown paper, that's what the problem is. These people are unbelievable.

My Hermes has to be one of the worst delivery company I’ve had to deal with especially in the Croydon area the Currier is rude and professional with my parcel the customer service is terrible trying to get hold of someone it’s impossible feels like I’m going round in circles they don’t respect the customer actually feel like I’m getting a migraineJust dealing with this company and I hate the fact that a lot of companies/ retailers work with my Hermes I just feel dread when I realise my order is connected to my Hermes I prefer a Royalmail or any other company But just not my Hermes because I know that I’m going to have to deal with a whole headache with having drama attached to receiving my parcel

Parcel marked on website as delivered, which was true but not to the wrong address. Luckily one of our neighbours Brought it round as it had been included in their delivery. It was also difficult to highlight on their website that this happened. I am assuming it was a genuine mistake but unless people are aware they can’t fix it

This company lost for me 2 packets. I am waiting for delivery this week, getting updates in the app from Tuesday about diffrent delivery slots.... No one even turns up when I wait...no one to talk to about it, if something is lost it is just lost. If i see delivery is by Hermes I quit bying it. The packet was supose to be deliverd 3rd time this week, today until 9pm and it is already 9.30 and no one turned same as other times.i used my 3 delivery chances.

Stayed home waiting for my parcel to be delivered between 11 and 15, message at 19:40 "we're sorry our courier couldn't deliver your parcel today. We will try again tomorrow". Amazing service.

Substandard Unprofessional Courrier service I know Hermes has got some excellent reviews on this site . But some areas like mine are not fortunate enough to get that service . In last 2 weeks I had 4 parcels missing , and when you call Hermes phone number minimum 45 mins wait time to speak to someone and no answers regarding my parcels . Driver in SL2 postcode one of the worst drive , uses foul language, ill mannered , rude and unprofessional. Did use foul language toward my family . When complained about this to Hermes customer service I never got any reply . As if Hemes management is list bothered about things that are happening to their customers . So I won’t recommend My Hermes Courrier to any one living in SL2 postcode .

Ordered item 23rd Nov, a Christmas present for my daughter, cost £120. Planned 3-5 days delivery. Hermes tracking confirmed it arrived at their depot 24th Nov. On 1st Dec tracking said, 'unable to deliver, contact the sender.' I've done this a few times now and they confirmed it's definitely been delivered to Hermes. Countless efforts to speak to hermes have come to nothing. Unable to speak to a human being. So 16 days later I've no idea what is going on?! Absolutely appalling way to treat customers! I've no idea what's happening. So frustrating. How are they able to get away with it? 10th Dec update: Now 17 days.. Nothing has changed!
