scammers .... I have received many emails and notifications about my parcel's arrival but after 2 weeks I have not yet have a sign of my parcel and I can't even contact Hermes to find out what has happened to my parcel. It is not a legitimate company as it does not have even an email address to contact them, never mind phone number. Please AVOID them if you want to save your time and your money.

I never received my order.. This is a prevalent practice with most of the Couriers that work for Hermes..They do not leave a card if your not in and they do not arrange a alternative delivery day with you. Most times your order NEVER returned to a Depo or to the retailer, the majority of times the Couriers KEEP your items.

at least 3 days late delivery to a local safe shop & no way of contacting Hermes except vis pathetic automated voice system that dont respond OR have a deliberate short range of questions it can answer. on line chat is about as much use as a chocolate fireguard

Absolutely terrible - Should be 0 Stars. No way of getting in touch with Customer Service apart from some useless chat bot. I am missing 3 parcels now!

I booked a pickup on the QVC website who partner with Hermes as their courier. Went through the process - straight forward, printed my labels and booked a slot for the next day. Around 11.15 on the agreed pick-up day I had a delivery via Hermes (from another company) and asked the two Hermes drivers about my pick up - "not us" we're delivering! After waiting till 8pm that evening I contacted the online assistant who indicated that "Hermes attended your property at 11.17 but were unable to pick up your parcel" Why bother advertising the service with QVC if you have absolutely no intention of carrying it out. £3.95 was out of my account within minutes of booking the pick up. Able to do that with no delay or problems! I believe that between them QVC and Hermes need to sort this out! Your service individual or combined leaves a lot to be desired. And, this is my second time trying to order a pick up (last one was a year ago), same then as well. I now know the "not us we're delivering" should have been "not us we cant be bothered with that, too much hassle"!! I will now actively avoid companies who use Hermes as a delivery partner and will email their customer services departments to make sure they know why. Underneath this box its asking for feedback on deliveries!

If something goes wrong you cannot contact anyone: the most appalling customer service. DO NOT USE.

The item is still not delivered after 2 weeks. It’s impossible to speak to a human being. I’ve ‘spoken’ to robot after robot. I have a tracking number and a case number but nothing has happened and no one has contacted me. I’m VERY ANGRY. I’ve wasted so much time.

One star is too good for the service we… One star is too good for the service we have received. We sent an item that we sold on eBay through Hermes only to be told they couldn’t deliver it, yet the recipient was in all day!. Despite leaving messages on their automated that promised a call back (Ha! Ha!) no-one has called. It is impossible to speak to a person, the complaint line just cuts off, and their head office number simply says that they are closed. What sort of company is Martian De Lange running? Every message on their website says they are dedicated to customer service. Well they have failed dismally in this case. All we want is to speak to a human being, but clearly this isn’t possible.

Have the following statement from Hermes tracking as why my parcel has not been delivered yet they have had it for almost 2 weeks now I doubt I'll get my parcel now its been passed to different departments and now they cannot delivery to my address which is located just off main road there a joke! Update on your parcel Your courier has had an issue with getting to the delivery address. If you have any delivery instructions you think might help, visit the help section and use the contact us page This has to be the worst delivery courier service around you can write and complain to them but never ever changes if I had known the item I had purchased was coming via them I would of shopped elsewhere They are nothing short of a disgrace they are not fit for purpose they should be closed down Ideally would like to give minus stars but not allowed

My Next Day Delivery parcel has been sitting in some depot for the last 4 days. Each day after waiting 10-20 minutes to speak to an advisor I'm told an email will sent. It's the same old daily story. Don't use Hermes.

My parcel has been "at our local depot and on its way to you" for the last 9 days. There 'Live Chat' is actually automated 'bot chat so there is no chance of getting anything resolved. If I could choose a courier when I place an order online I would NEVER choose Hermes but unfortunately I imagine the online companies choose the cheapest and WE get exactly what they pay for.

There tracking is very poor We have lost 3 parcels over the last 2 years I have told them to have a better warning system when parcels go missing.you can only report a missing delivery 2 days after it was due which can be 2 weeks after the last tracking update They know after a parcel leaves the pickup point when it should have been took to the depot so when this does not happen a warning should show on the computer so checks can be made sooner and this process should should happen with every part of the package delivery .we would strongly advise insurance cover.but this does increase your costs if you send a lot of parcels. I was at home this morning - no knock on door - yet Herpes claim to have delivered 9.59am! No card through letterbox either! So I complained to merchant and they looked into it this afternoon - in the meantime I had knocked on immediate neighbours to no avail. So merchant get's back to me with a photograph of someone's feet taken by the Herpes delivery person. Add to that the idiot from Herpes states that it is house number '9' - we live at '97' so that would be FORTY HOUSES down the road. Anyway, we had to use a bit of detective work with what little was visible of the door, door frame and step to work out it was house number '91' NOT '9'. I would not trust Herpes to deliver my faeces from the toilet bowl to the sewer!

The worst experience of my life. The CDM Phil is extremely disrespectful. Management speak to those who don’t have English as a first language with complete disrespect and have bullying mannerisms and me being British, it was so uncomfortable to watch. You constantly have to chase up your pay and if you don’t, trust me, they will forget to invoice/pay you. There is no sense of trust and ABSOLUTELY NO flexibility. Managers will be calling you all hours of the day asking if you are coming in. The term “flexible” seems to be lost in this business as they expect you in on a daily basis PLUS working from 11am to almost 8pm most days for chicken change. Managers making unconscious bias comments to seem “funny” (Lisa) when really it’s embarrassing and down right disrespectful. There is a lot of training to be done with this company and as a previous courier for many years I am shocked such a large company employs the cast of eastenders for “management”. The behaviour and utterances are disgusting, belittling and down right disrespectful. There are many other couriers out there, please do your research and find the best one, stay away from Hermes if you want peace.

I don't normally write reviews and I'm always quite willing to give people a second or even third a chance, but I'm afraid I've come to the end of my tether. Hermes has managed to 'misplace' a quite valuable item ordered from Amazon, then managed to 'misplace' its replacement and subsequently they've 'misplaced' the second replacement. Unfortunately, I've just found out that Amazon have sent the third replacement via Hermes as well, so I'm not holding my breath! I even notified Hermes that the second replacement was coming and asked them to keep track of it. Their telephone system is automated in such a way that you never get to speak to anyone and any email enquiries take a few days before they are answered, by which time it is far too late to find out what has happened to the parcels. Personally, I wouldn't recommend using Hermes after the experience I'm having.

Awful Awful people. The delivery driver stole our parcel which contained the kids Christmas gifts and claimed it was delivered. The picture he'd taken of the parcel being delivered was of the parcel still in his car. We'd contacted the company and their reply was that the courier had delivered it to someone at the address but cannot give a description of that person and there will be no further investigation and there is nothing they can do. All a driver has to do is arrive outside the address take any picture of the parcel and drive off claiming its been delivered, for what reason to steal or to make they job easier? The best part is the company helps them get away with it, by not putting certain measures in place to avoid it happening and not fully investigating. I plead with everyone do NOT use this company. Awful Awful people.
