Had not at home card left in letterbox, after checking my trace your package it estimated delivery attempt at 17:05hrs. At this time their would have been 3 mpersons in the house + a barking dog therefore trace your package time would be incorrect. Package would be delivered next working day. On the next working day at @ 11:45hrs whilst working in my garage apparently delivery attempted was made again, despite being in the garage which I have a driveway with a see through fence and a doorbell I was left another “Sorry we missed you” card in the letterbox. As an end terrace house with runway & garage if the had the inclination to look at free standing garage doors fully open, he would notice someone their as this time their were 2 people in house/garage. Not impressed with contracted delivery although I am aware this has nothing to do with the Company ordered from, come on Hermes! Do you know what time of year it is

Delivered to wrong address, no attempt to handover to occupant (both actual and wrong address had people at home at time delivery was logged). Luckily we have good neighbours, even half way down the street! Call centre only told me what I already knew from the online tracking. Recommend using a different courier - pay a bit extra, but more chance of getting your stuff

Parcel left at the wrong address, outdoors, behind a pillar. No one was notified so parcel left there for days, package damaged with rain. Found accidentally by neighbour!

Just to follow up from this, within 2 hours of writing the review above and contacting their CEO to complain I now have my package, it's a shame you have to go to such lengths to resolve a delivery issue, so thumbs up to the CEO complaints team, general customer service and other points above however need to be addressed.

1st parcel - email sent saying tried to deliver, no email to say was going to deliver ! No card left. Luckily happened to be in the next day. Very kind chap who delivered though . So all credit to him. 2nd parcel - email to say parcel will be delivered next day. No parcel ! Spent almost 1 hr on live chat to find out when I might expect it, now advised it will be 2-5 days from now !.Parcel is coming from UK. I will be checking from now on which delivery company is used when I order and will not order if they use Hermes. A poor service all round, especially as the postage is not cheap. Royal Mail for me :-)

1st parcel got email saying tried to deliver, no card to say they had been. Email then said will deliver next day - no time slots given so have to wait in all day but did arrive this time. 2nd parcel got email saying delivering next day- waited in all day and nothing ! Very poor service Hermes. This day and age every delivery service should be able to give a time slot to customers. I when ordering will be asking who the delivery company is and if it is Hermes will not buy from that company. You need to address this as you have a lot of poor feedback and people do take note of these feedbacks.

I'll try to be as fair as possible - its not going to be easy! I have used My Hermes, perhaps, 70 or 80 times ( UK). Most transactions have been problem free. I have not left feedback on these, basically successful, deliveries The subject of this feedback did get there - after nearly 3 weeks The reason for the poor score is not that there was a problem - can happen to anyone. Its the way in which the problem was dealt with. My Hermes after care is woeful. There is a telephone no. given but its all automated - you cant actually speak to any one. The live chat? Took me an hour to be connected to someone who could not give me any, meaningful information. Second attempt, was cut off after Hermes rep took too long to answer a question. Third attempt, immediate response but no meaningful info. The tracking detail? Gave inaccurate information. Told me that my parcel was due for delivery today or tomorrow on numerous occasion even though it transpired that it was in the wrong regional depot. Several times my parcel delivery was recorded as "under investigation" but no - one was able to tell me what that meant. E mail correspondence? Just told me that My Hermes had my parcel. Requests for a claim form? You have to wait a week with no progress to be able to be sent one - Hermes can string this on forever Hermes is a cheap service - I know why now. They appear to lack the infra structure to add the quality - to deal with problems in an efficient way. I would never recommend using them for anything of any significant value. Low value, higher weight items probably worth the risk?

I understand that the drivers/ delivery people are paid ridiculously low and thus the expectations of a customer service should be well contained. Am honestly and truly sorry about that. But the abysmal lack of care at Hermes is truly impressive - for all the wrong reasons. Ordered hiking boots on Amazon from SportsShoes and got an email informing me, on a Tuesday, that the parcel was left "at a secure location". No details around where that might be. Long story short- they are nowhere to be found. As I was not their direct contractor ( though I have paid for postage) , they consecutively copy-pasted an unhelpful email, completely disregarding my points and feed-back. I was told via the seller ( SportsShoes) both that the secure location is my Reception ( we don't have one per se , so there was no parcel left with anyone in the building, not that I know of anyway) and that Hermes has been unable to get hold of their own driver ( for three days). Poor guy was trying to be helpful, but there was only so much he could do when Hermes was clueless about what was going on. Ended up with no hiking boots for my trip and so far, no sight of my £80 boots at all.

Box had been squashed and inside case of item was damaged. Luckily item inside was okay but it was a collectable I wanted to leave in its case!

I spent the day at home waiting for the parcel, 'track package' said that it was on its way, I was going to receive it on that day. Next time I checked I read ''attempted delivery at 2:14''. This was a lie. I was at home, nobody came, nobody knocked or rang the doorbell, there was no note left or notification that they had tried to deliver the parcel. Nothing. The driver responsible had lied. Later that evening, on my Amazon account I read ''Package delivered today at 21:30. Another lie! Disgraceful service.

Not the first time i have booked a parcel to be collected by My Hermes and then no one turn up and me wasting a full day waiting for them which is not acceptable as in my opinion that is breaking the contract that they have with you. The next day you go to there website and go on web chat with the so called customer service team based in India. They read from a script that does not help you but rather infuriates you to the point where you are nearly tearing your hair out, however this time i told them that if a manager does not contact me in the next hour then i am going to start legal action against the company as i was sick to death of being let down by them. I was amazed when i actually did receive that call and the lady i spoke to was charming and very apologetic, she agreed that the customer service team in India needed to change and she was going to look into this. I told her that was not the first time that i booked a pick up and my parcel was not collected, i said last time it happened i gave it 3 days and then had to book another courier so paid twice, she said that what she would do was refund me for the two parcels that were not collected this time and then get them collected that day. She refunded me immediately and two hours later my parcels were collected so it proves that if you get to speak to the right person things can get sorted out. The lady was professional and helpful and admitted that the problems i pointed out to her about the company were indeed unacceptable and should not happen and she was going to review things within the company especially the customer service team. Will she do that, i don't know, will she change things probably not but we can live in hope, until i see a significant change in the companies reviews i am not going to use them again as it is too much of a risk wondering if someone is going to show up and i don't want all that hassle from a courier. Just as i come to an end i have just received a parcel delivered by non other than My Hermes, the outer box is all damaged but thankfully the box inside of that containing a food mixer is not okay. I didn't get the ladies name who rang me from My Hermes but i did thank her and gave her credit for ringing me and sorting things out, i hope dear lady that you can make changes and make people want to use you but please don't mind in the meantime if i use a different company just for now.

2 laptops left on my doorstep before time stated. Tracking details said that they had been signed for at a different time. They hadn't by me. Not happy my signature was forged. Had they gone missing I couldnt prove that I hadn't received them Bad practise.

I purchase a package from sport direct and the delivery company was myhermes this was before Christmas until now I haven't receive my package they could not give me the name who sign for it really bad so after I spend my money never receive my goods

Pickup booked for Friday. Not collected until Sunday. Got as far as National hub and then was apparently stuck, with no further movement tracked except for the target delivery date being moved on a day at a time until it appeared it was either lost or was at least going to be 5 days late. All attempts to get through to the office unsuccessful and was cut off several times from the automated voice. Then suddenly the tracking email worked again and showed it had already been delivered. Not good for peace of mind!Worrying. They do not seem properly organised at all.Maybe it's Christmas! Previous deliveries have been good so hooemthis is just a blip and doesn't happen again.

had a parcel collected from Cannock [ a 6ft x 3ft parcel at that ! ] and my hermes still managed to lose it on route to Uttoxeter , all of 20 ? odd miles away. Tried contacting their support line, emailed and chatted to some ejits who had no idea what had happened to the parcel . To this day it is still " lost ", probably tucked away in one of the staff's homes . How any firm can lose a 3ft parcel beggers belief, a letter i could understand . Their website is rubbish at updating the parcels progress, all in all a rank outfit who shouldn't exist
