This is by far the worse delivery company ever. For the second time in a row my parcel has been left outside my door without my knowledge which makes it easy pickings for thieves. Thanks a lot. Don't even bother to even ring my doorbell which will take a few milliseconds of the delivery drivers time. Downright bad service. No care attitude. Trying to speak to an adviser when things goes wrong borders on impossible. Not happy with this service at all Absolutely disgusting.

On the 9th June I was due to receive a delivery of plants from an eBay seller. The package was delivered by Hermes and left in a “safe place” by delivery driver. On opening the package I was astounded to find not plants but a white long length skirt ( which I had not ordered ! ) Looking at the package label I noticed that apart from my full name was being missing legible underneath there was another label which had been covered over by the label with my address on. Peeling it back underneath was the name and address of a lady in Tiverton, Devon ( 90 miles from me ) using Social Media I was able to contact the purchaser of the dress who confirmed that she had indeed ordered and was expecting said white dress but had received someone else's parcel Is it deliberate malpractice by employees or just carelessness ? Trying to get any sense from “Holly” the Bot is a waste of time. I addition to this "incident "on 6th June 2020 I returned 2 Parcels to Amazon using a "Hermes Parcelshop" at their request. These appear to have been "lost" by Hermes. In fairness to Amazon they have agreed to refund my money and take the issue up with Hermes. I hope that they will stop using these Hermes shysters as I will never knowingly buy anything which is likely to be delivered by them.

Total nightmare Total nightmare, continues lies, impossible to actually speak to a human being. I will never use there services every again and I would recommend everyone to do the same unless they are searching for a company with poor service, truly does not care, lies, can not deliver.

For the second time in two weeks I receive a notification saying that my parcel has been delivered and signed for and that's not true. Their driver never showed up actually. Mistakes happen, but when it happens twice in a couple of weeks I wonder if they're delivering people's parcels at all?!

I received an email from Hermes telling me that my package had been delivered but, when I looked outside, it was nowhere to be seen. Trying to contact Hermes to report the problem proved to be impossible, both online and by phone. This is the first time I have had any dealings with Hermes and I hope it will be the last.

Hermes driver picked up wrong parcel from my house and never returned it, albeit the parcel has my names and address on the label. I raised this issue with Hermes customer service and was given a support ticket number. I have called Hermes customer service every day without any help. when I called today the Hermes advisor could not even locate the support ticket number within the Hermes system. Help from Hermes customer service. Is zero and now more than 10 days have passed since my parcel was mis-collected.

On Saturday afternoon I tried to post a parcel using one of their locker systems. It wouldn't fit into the small one so requested a medium one. I was told to close the door and another would open. It didn't. I then got a message congratulating me on how quick the transaction was. It then refused to accept the label again. I then tried to complain on line but was told that the answer would take up to 24 hours. I was trying to post an ebay parcel and am contractually obliged to post it within 1 working day. I then spent at least 20 minutes in the “chat” queue. I was eventually told a that a link would be sent to me so that the label would be cancelled and a new one issued at the end of the chat. I waited and waited and sent them an email asking them where it was. An email came after about 2 hours. I clicked on the link and my request for a new label was refused. I then got an email accusing me of being a liar and cheat as THEY had the parcel. I sent 2 people photos of the parcel on Saturday and a another on Sunday taken in front of Teletext showing the day and date. Late Monday afternoon I got an email saying that the label was going to be cancelled but on Tuesday I got another liar cheat email saying that as they had the parcel, they wouldn’t give me a refund. Their website was still saying that they had the parcel so how often are the lockers emptied? I sent them an email saying that, as they had the parcel, I wanted to claim £10 compensation plus the cost of postage as they wouldn’t be able to deliver it. I also asked for compensation for all the hassle and stress this has caused. It is now Wednesday morning and I have yet to receive a reply.

My parcel was marked as delivered and signed for however I did not receive it and due to my road being closed for roadworks it is impossible that they could have. It has been impossible to get in contact with an actual person to explain this and find out why the driver marked it as delivered. Due to their coronavirus protocol they are also not actually collecting signatures and therefore there is no way that the driver came in contact with anyone. I am extremely disappointed at this and would urge people not to use such a dishonest and difficult to contact courier service.

The website doesn't remember anything, even my address which I have put in 10 times. It's taken over an hour to sort a parcel and has just gone back to square one again!!!

Embarrassing company. Item didn't turn up due to "address restrictions" even though I order off Amazon with no issues regularly and even had food delivered to me that same night with no issues! I stayed in all day to receive my parcel. Why no phone call if they had issues with my address? They're Live Chat and phone lines both just ask for a tracking number which then just tells you the same thing it says on their tracker (it still says it is with the courier to be delivered today...three days later lol) only contact is email which takes 24 hours to respond and they just say there was a problem with the address with no explanation as to what the issue even is! Apparently will deliver today but had no email confirmation with a new tracker or no idea what time they might come. Unbelievably bad company, avoid!!

I cannot stress too much the need to avoid Hermes like the plague. I placed an order of 2 items with a company which sadly used Hermes to deliver both. This was back in April 2020. I am still in correspondence with Hermes as neither has been delivered to me. The number of excuses they use when faced with a complaint is innumerable but there main game with me was to seem to be investigating and then to default to having no knowledge of the complaint! One representative confirmed one item had been delivered to an address 100 miles from me despite my address in central London as being clear on the parcel. The next stage was to deny any knowledge of the item. The non delivery of the second item is worse inasmuch as an empty parcel, devoid of any contents, was delivered to my address. The parcel was open and the contents stolen. I made a huge fuss about this because if a delivery company steals items then they are in breach of basic trust with the customer and the addressee. Hermes were not at all concerned and once again I was asked to jump through a variety of their hoops until as usual Hermes lost interest and denied knowledge of the complaint resulting in my having to go back to square one. They have now asked me to write to an email address they gave me to enable me to obtain compensation. I did as asked only to have an automated reply that the email given to me by Hermes was defunct! The situation remains unsolved since April and we are now in July 2020! I am now reporting them to the police for theft of my items.
