“Great service from Matt, our local Hermes delivery driver. We live near Bude in Cornwall and recently ordered an item which was delivered by Matt. We weren't at home but he took the time to rearranged our Boot Store to make space for the parcel so that it didn't get wet. Thank you Matt. Merry Christmas”

“I know people are quick to write bad reviews and not so quick to write goods reviews. I have to say our Hermes delivery driver in our area Stewarton East Ayrshire in Scotland is hands down the most pleasant and helpful delivery person we’ve ever encountered in our 12 years living up here. Nothing is too much trouble and he’s so polite and well mannered. If he’s been instructed to leave a parcel with me for a neighbour he always makes sure I’m okay to do so and is very thankful. These guys get really bad press at this time of year but we are actually very lucky to have Richard (I think his surname was Wilson if I caught it correct) in our area. Thanks Richard for fab service... you’re a star!!!”

“I have a delivery driver he calls at my home DH1-2JF almost everyday over this Christmas period, he is a perfect gentleman polite,friendly,I have not been well of late and he asks how I am every time he calls,he tells me to tak. I gave small Xmas box today 22/11/19 he didn’t want to take it but I insisted. He said he would have a couple of drinks at the club. I told him I was off to bingo he said who would think of me when he went to the club and wished me luck I won £50 so he is a pure gentleman. It’s is 10/10 from Chrissie. He will know who I am if he reads this. Thanks Hermes”

“I've used Hermes a few times in recent months to post parcels, and each time the service was quick and reliable. Tracking was very good. I've not had a single problem with receiving parcels sent to me via Hermes either. Maybe I'm just lucky, but I find Hermes to be excellent. And you've got to love their prices too.”

“They've delivered my Ebay UK or Amazon UK delivery parcels quickly and safely. I usually get an email alert or sometimes even a helpful text message letting me know when my parcel's on it's way or has been delivered.”

“For the last 7 years I have sent up to 50 parcels a week . They might not look professional and have their problems but definitely are the best courier. I have opened several accounts with other couriers only to close them after 6 months due to problems with collections & deliveries. Tip. Rather than wait in for collection take it to a drop off point it's cheaper as well.”

“Our regular Hermes driver is amazing - nothing is ever too much trouble, he's always smiley and polite - and today he delivered my parcel which didn't even have the full address on it! His name is Adewale Falade. Thank you Adewale, you are a treasure!”

“I can’t fault my Hermes driver Jorge enough in east London , he is so cheerful helpful and very charming thank you Hermes for such lovely and easy delivery . I wished you could deliver all the parcels that the post office can’t seem to do”

“BS48 2UF, deliveries by Roger: 20th Feb 2019 and 21st Feb 2019; Roger has been absolutely outstanding in his customer centredness. He is so considerate and makes every effort to deliver any parcels to a safe place. Our neighbours have commented to us on how they are so impressed with him too. He is always courteous and just so, so pleasant. A great advocate for Hermes. As an organisation Hermes is not our favourite delivery service as it is so unreliable and has a 'can't do attitude' when contacted. Roger is so not like this - he is outstanding!”

“Just recieved my Aldi order delivered by Hermes courier he was efficient sent me his details before delivery was on time and just a polite and lovely young man wish all parcel deliveries were so straightforward well done Hermes”
