Absolutely disgraceful customer service! Parcel dropped off on 11 December and not received in time for Christmas and recipient still hasn't received it (5 January). Chat line useless - same message day after day which said "parcel is due out for delivery on following day" (17 December). It was long after that date that I was chasing parcel. Rang Customer Services number, hung on for exactly ONE HOUR and was then cut off. Went back several times to "Holly" on-line "chat", eventually got an acknowledgement saying matter being looked into. They've indicated that delivery was at 23.59 on 18 Dec - very suspicious as who delivers at midnight?? Parcel has certainly not been delivered and Hermes still can give me no answer to where the parcel has been/is/likely to be. I have requested proof of delivery (which I paid for) and am still waiting for them to contact me. The contents were worth £120 + cost of posting to include signature was £8.59. IF and only IF I apply for refund I will only get £100.

'what went wrong' apart from the company i ordered from using hermes as a courier? how this company exists ill never know. i ordered a pair of trainers from a company the same day that a friend ordered, both pairs went missing. coincidence?

still awaiting collection of two parcels all they keep telling me is we are collecting today and today and today complete waste of time if you want some more stress use these clowns that should help

It is absolutely disgraceful paying for next day delivery and not received my parcel yet in 4 days. I am trying to contact with someone it is just automated messages doing absolutely nothing. I am leaving literally next to a parcel shop and still they claim that the courier could not find the address.

F*cking awful. I sent a parcel to a friend, entered all the details correctly, printed and checked the label, all correct. A few days later it got posted through my own front door. Automated live chat keeps closing the conversation, can't get a response or a refund. Absolute sh*t.

Utterly poor communication channel of Hermes when help is needed. Hermes delivered my 3 parcels for Monsoon like few weeks ago at my address, and for my H&M parcel they could not find the address. When I contacted via virtual assistant I received an email mentioning someone will contact me but now am frustrated as neither anyone contacted me nor my parcel was delivered. They just seem to be careless.

I organised a collection of 3 parcels (2 to return to retailers and 1 to a customer). Three days go by, no one shows up for collection. I try to contact Hermes via phone aka Hollybot, totally useless, and email where I'm expected to wait up to 72 hours for a response (potentially could be longer). Suddenly I receive a delivery via Hermes so I use this opportunity to find out when my parcels will be collected, especially as I've paid for this service. My delivery driver is new to the job but offers to call his manager to find out what's going on. His manager suggests that I pass the parcels onto the driver and he (the manager) will take personal responsibility of scanning the parcels into the system. I've never had an issue with Hermes and again it's a service I've paid for so in good faith I send my parcels with the driver. Over a week later my parcels are missing, as confirmed by the manager who supposedly scanned these items into the system. He didn't because there's no tracking. He advises me to contact Hermes via the Facebook page and use the customer services number to put in a claim for compensation. The customer services number as everyone knows doesn't allow you to speak with a person so is pointless and I'm yet to hear back from anyone via Facebook. I've also tried contacting Hermes by email and have been advised to drop off my parcels to a local shop?! I contacted the retailers I was returning to to see if they could help. They advised if they had something official to say Hermes lost the parcels they could potentially refund me. I've asked for this and heard nothing. I'm now going to seek some legal advice because of my total loss. I will never again use Hermes.

Driver very rude kept banging on my glass door,i said leave on step as we were in self isolation due to my wife having a opertion he would not stop until i opened the door and promtly calling me a pr--k. i have nowsince lost 3 parcels, 2 christmas parcels and 1 birthday parcel .

A technical issue with the label means that I am not able to send the parcel I have already paid for. I have attempted to cancel but even with a valid tracking number cannot do so. Have requested a call back but has not eventuated after hours of waiting. Finally I have tried the call centre twice but have given as no one appears to be manning the phones. How do these people remain in business I wonder?

My parcel is still missing 12 days since it's been sent. Tracking it is a waste of time. Keeps saying we've got your parcel! There is no way you can contact them and the only phone number available is not working! Will never use again!!!

Worst delivery service ever invented. They never deliver when they say they will, they send messages after the 2 hour gap they state. Unfortunately ASOS deal with them and I have to put up with it. Considering ASOS is such a big company they should deal with more reliable services. But Hermes is definitely the worst delivery system in UK.

You should shutdown hermes! You left my parcel in nowhere you sent the picture that I don’t know that door idiot! my husband went out in a very cold weather at 8pm to looked for my parcel which street which doors a thousands doors and he coudn’t find it! why you left in that door you don’t even talk the person who ordered that package. What a bad night.

One star is too much. Absolute disgrace. Lied about delivering a parcel saying it was delivered and received. Seller put wrong address on parcel however my neighbour refused to take the parcel and sent courier packing. Tracking shows delivered which is a complete lie think the courier has kept it for themselves! Nice Christmas present

They have said a parcel has been delivered. It hasn’t. I have tried for over a week to talk to a human to ask about this issue and I cannot contact anyone.

I have been waiting for my parcel for almost 3 weeks now. I have been in for the 2 weeks. Tracking says parcel ready to deliver. No note if they at least tried to deliver.

Booked and paid for 4 parcels to be collected on 28th December. Nearly £50 out of my bank and today is 2nd of January. Parcels still not picked up. These are returns with a time limit !! If I go over the returns date I won't get my money back and will claim it from hermes as these parcels were supposed to be picked up a week ago and would have been returned on time !! Not happy at all and can't use other better couriers because I might loose my £50 that hermes has already taken from my bank. I would not recommend anyone to rely on myhermes.

Ruined Christmas for me. I sent two parcels to my son who lives in London on 22.12.20 paying for next day delivery. One arrived on 24.12.20 and the main one has not been delivered as at 01.01.21. No update on tracking site since 24.12.20 and even after eventually getting through to someone on the phone, they can't locate the package. Will never use them again!!
