Terrible TERRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE. My heart drops when I get an email saying that a online fashion company uses Hermes. It should be banned. It’s awful, some of us work hard for our money and can’t rebuy lost goods

I can't get my head around why anyone uses this company. Claim to have attempted delivery 3 times . Never left a card . Never dropped off at a local post office and the last day they claim to of tried I was in all day . My door bell would wake the dead . Total jokers and now it's been sent back to seller .

When the system works it's quite good, but when things go wrong (and they DO!)the mess they leave you in is appalling! Their so-called customer service is almost non-existant, and trying to use the Chat line is mostly useless. Covid has been blamed for too much - half the problem is their lack of organisation and customer care. One person tells you one thing only to have it denied by the next. Staff - WHEN you can get through on the phone - are friendly enough, but often do NOT follow through with promises. The (honest)lady there today who I eventually reached (after to 20+ minutes calls as I waited on line) advised me to get a "Refund" after waiting for parcel collection for SIX days to just go to dpd instead. Avoid the My Hermes Company's poor service if you don't want to get ulcers.

To give Hermes one star is an insult to reviews. They deserve no star. Drivers are liars and it’s a shame companies have to engage their services. Claiming to have attempted delivery when they clearly did not. I stood in the freezing cold waiting.

Hermes have lost three parcels of mine in the last wk, it’s ridiculous, it’s not fit for anybody trying to use running a business, the low price of delivery ends up costing you more in the long run !!

My sister sent me some Xmas presents but all Hermes delivered was the brown wrapping paper that had covered the parcel. My sister called customer services and received no update whatsoever. After multiple emails to the CEO, I received an email telling me that my sister had left it too long to fill out the claims form which had been sent and therefore the case was closed. My sister didn't even receive the claims form! I will never, ever use this excuse of a courier company again.

Utter dismay in support as this is a company you cannot contact, holly is useless unless you want to track something. The MD CEO or what ever needs to sort his form out they are appalling on all levels.

Parcels vanishing on tracking never to be seen again, parcels late and damaged and " left in secure" out building which photo means is wedged behind wheelie bin. Total c@$p

Unfortunately I have never come across such a bad service ever in my life . The staff hired is not yet to show their trustworthy and as they actually stole the staff from the parcel

Wish I had read reviews here before.my parcel missing since dec14th. Told had gone to depot in north somewhere. Was xmas present for my daughter spending xmas alone.Phone calls made daily taking hours. Emails useless.Last call centre agreed with me probably stolen.

I've had two parcels not arrive from two different retailers totaling £150. My sons birthday gifts and reciv an email today telling me that my parcels got to the depot and never reached my courier so they deem the parcels lost!! Last time track was updated was a week ago. Sons birthday is tomorrow and I have nothing to give him now due to hermes. How can you lose two parcels from two different retailers? Oh they get stolen that's how!! AVOID HERMES LIKE THE PLAGUE!! You have more chance of a crack head returning your wallet with the money in it tham hermes delivering your goods to you.

I don't think hermes have ever managed to deliver a parcel on time. Somehow every other company manages yet again and again I have issues with hermes. They never update information on the tracking app and their customer service is useless so I never even know what is going on. My latest parcel 5611078304340363 they couldn't deliver for some unbeknownst reason. I provided them more information as asked. Now I have no response, no package still 24 hours later, and literally no clue how to get help. This was an urgent deliver. Have no idea why any companies insist on using hermes.

Sent a parcel to a customer who bought it to give as a Xmas gift- parcel never arrived so customer is demanding refund. So I contacted Hermes (which is a mammoth task in itself as they do not answer phone for about 30 mins of being on hold). Was told that the parcel could still be in a depot and they would look into it and the agent would PERSONALLY sort the matter and send me a claim form to fill in. (This hasn't happened and apparently there is no record of that conversation anywhere on their system) In the meantime the customer is taking me through PayPal for refund which I refuse to pay while there is still a chance of parcel arriving giving the customer their parcel for free essentially. Anyway,today i contacted Hermes again (30 mins on hold AGAIN) Only to be told a totally different story and blaming COVID for the problem (funny nobody mentioned COVID when i paid them to deliver my parcel !!!). Our local Hermes driver is s really nice guy who goes out of his way to help. BUT- DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I would give a ZERO rating for the company but that option is not available

Do not ever use My Hermes. I have had 3 parcels in last month, all of which were open and items removed from them. The first parcel i accepted and reported missing item to retailer, not had a refund £220 lost!! Second parcel box soaked through and airpods box inside no airpods - £145 lost Third parcel 4 items ordered parcel wide open 3 items missing told driver was refusing delivery. Hermes now saying they delivered so arguing with retailer £48????? I tried contacting Hermes but they hide behind a digital app and an automated phone, so never have the guts to actual deal with customers. It is clear that the the driver is stealing from the parcels, but because you cannot speak to them cannot ask for an investigation, because as a delivery driver i will refuse to take a parcel to a customer that has been opened when i am given it in depot, as i do not want to be held accountable! I am now refusing to use any retailer that uses Hermes and will phone them to check who their delivery company is if they do not say on their website and then i advise them that i will no longer be using their company! Hermes if you read this have the guts to actually speak to your end customers and dont hide behind automated assistants!!!!!!!!

Just awful. My heart sinks whenever I place an order online and see the seller has dispatched with Hermes. Definitely not even worth one star. Impossible to contact, online tracking system is meaningless. I usually end up requesting a refund when the package inevitably never turns up.

One star is too high, item was stolen in by the staff and never arrived or recieved explanation, no customer support or service, you cannot talk to a real human being. If you manage to get hold of an email address they just copy and paste the same rely no matter what you write

Appalling service. Delivery drivers don't care. State it's been delivered when it hasn't. Customer service is practically non existent. Would rather pay the extra for a reliable delivery service.

My parcel was opened as they said it was damaged by rats, they had to destroy it as it was too damaged to send back to me. Did the rats eat through the tins and jars and what about the money inside the Xmas cards. A nice bonus for someone,I had hoped to take the strain of Xmas shopping away from my elderly sister. WILL NEVER USE HERMES AGAIN, in fact I will check all prohibited items on a courier before I even think of sending a parcel again.
