“I did not have my original transcript in time but when IEE received my transcript in less than 3 days, they sent the evaluated transcript to where I wanted them to send to. Thanks IEE”

“Overall, I am satisfied with the service provided. The degree verification met the requirements for my employer's needs. The work was completed slightly later than the initially promised timeframe. However, the delay did not negatively impact my submission. I placed the degree verification order on 9/7/2023, and it was completed on 9/18/2023. While this was a few days past the original estimated timeline, the team communicated with me promptly about the delay. My only suggestion is to add a remarks field when uploading verification files on the website. This would allow customers to enter clarifying details about the files, which could be helpful. I am pleased with the completed verification report and appreciate the team's communication regarding the brief delay. The service ultimately delivered what I needed in a reasonable time frame. Thank you for your assistance with my degree verification.”
