“Fantastic customer service, especially responsive and helpful reps on chat. Great turnaround time, reasonable prices, appropriate evaluation of transcript (grades and GPA). Background info on Polish educational system is several years out of date (it moved from „6+3+3” year system to an „8+4” one many years ago). But overall solid.”

“I'm satisfied with the service received from your front and back office teams. Especially, your front office team members are very much available round the clock including over the weekends too which is really appreciated and they were very supporitive too. “I appreciate this opportunity and the promptness with which MyIEE Team evaluated my credentials. There's always a response from the customer care chat and I am particularly grateful for the manner in which Gilene responded to my needs. However, I have never gotten a response from the voice calls nor the emails. Perhaps this can be addressed. Thank you.”
