“Happy to finally receive the evaluation. However, it was somewhat frustrating to have, at one point, 3-5 different people communicating with me about the same ticket. I had to tell each of them the same thing at different points in time, and had to confirm the receipt of items after receiving emails saying that my order would be cancelled. Can this process be more streamlined?”

“Absolutely flawless customer service from start (before even placing an order as I had questions) to finish (after they sent my evaluation to my school). One of the employees, Camille, was just absolutely amazing and helped me from my initial call, and then went back and forth with me on a long email chain as I had so many further questions to ask. She was knowledgeable, kind, and sososo helpful. The efficiency of which the evaluation was complete was insane. I think within 3-5 days I received a notification saying it was sent. I am so grateful for all the help I received. Thank you so much IEE, if I ever need any other documents evaluated I am 100% going to use your services again!! -Sophie”
