“IEE far exceeded my expectations. I needed a degree from South Africa assessed in order to apply for my NC teaching license. (Ncdpi rejected the assessment from the first company I used) IEE were incredible. I was so impressed with the service, the follow ups, and the information provided. They supported me every step of the process, making this a painless task. A professional and efficient company that I would recommend to anyone in a heartbeat. Every email was responded to immediately and they delivered as promised and kept me updated constantly. The first company I used cannot hold a candle to IEE. Do yourself a favor and make IEE your first and only company to call.”

“My experience with IEE has been mostly pleasant. The offer of a discounted rate was provided through the chat representative as well. The turnaround was also quick. It seems to be the quickest service around. However, the chat and customer service representatives don't seem to be native English speakers so there is some misunderstanding. One of my customer service responded with a remark which undermined my knowledge by mentioning how the company has been familiar and to avoid personal assumptions on my part. Even though, what I initially mentioned about Opencert and how they worked held true and it was the lack of information that complicated matters. A screenshot from the customer service gave me a better idea but it confirmed the lack of knowledge on OpenCert. In the future, it should be further clarified the preference on how Opencert needs to be shared instead of insisting like Opencert sends mail. Most local companies and schools are perfectly fine with receiving the coded file and it was how students received their Opencert.”

“Currently, I have not yet received my copy of the assessment, but the organization I had a copy emailed to reported that they were unable to download it. My request for support has so far been unanswered! As such I am deeply unsatisfied by the state of this service, considering I paid extra for a copy to me sent directly to the organization.”

“I had to spent a lot of time on chat with customer service due to bery outdated system of uploading documents via email. The whole idea of them being sent from the uni means that several other parties need to be involved, for no reason. The whole experience was annoying. I cant even look at the result because you want to charge me $20 for downloading a PDF… very bad experience and one of the most outdated IT processes Ive encountered. I had to start another order due to the website crashing on the original one. Customer service was helpful, but the overall experience was bad.”
