“The service was quick and efficient, and I was assisted everytime I sought for help from your support team. However, what you may improve, especially on the support end, is to find a way of keeping tabs so that you do not have to ask for clients details everytime they contact you.”

“MyIEE was at every phase from start to finish of the order. I was never alone; I was informed of every relevant action. I took it for granted and ordered for the normal 5 work days (NOT GUARANTEED). Yet my order was sucessfully completed within 3 days and I truely thank IEE for this. Consequenly, I got the job because of timely delivery of the evaluation”

“I sent a review for a master's degree, having already earned a bachelor's degree, and they charged me 200 or so, which could have been avoided by simply explaining that they were no longer validating master's degrees from abroad. I have a friend who completed her master's degree where I did, and you validated her master's degree. However, that wasn't the case with me, and I think it's unfair.”
