“I had to spent a lot of time on chat with customer service due to bery outdated system of uploading documents via email. The whole idea of them being sent from the uni means that several other parties need to be involved, for no reason. The whole experience was annoying. I cant even look at the result because you want to charge me $20 for downloading a PDF… very bad experience and one of the most outdated IT processes Ive encountered. I had to start another order due to the website crashing on the original one. Customer service was helpful, but the overall experience was bad.”

“Thank you to International Education Evaluations for evaluating my college transcripts in the Philippines. They were quick, professional and have good customer service. They are easy to work with and hassle free. My GPA also increased by a bit, since classes I took in the PH didn't transfer here in the US which I didn't mind because I asked if they can find a way to increase my GPA given the parameters. In other words, they take they time to really evaluate your transcript to the given US curriculum. Thank you so much.”

“I am happy with the evaluation overall. However, in my evaluation there is a paragraph for 'Country Overview" and it describes Denmark. However, my degree is from Norway. I was only an exchange student in Denmark, so the "Country Overview" should have been about Norway.”

“I paid 30000/- INR for their services. Despite repeated communication, I still did not get my copy on my email. I would be told that I would get in one hour or to check my spam but the result would be the same. I have given up on getting my order and will never recommend them to anyone.”
