“The documents review was done really fast and the customer support was also helpful and atentive. The only problem that I had was that the prepaid return label got lost so I had to pay again for the shipping of the documents. But overall, it was a nice experience.”

“Service was very satisfactory. The only reason why I am not giving 5 stars is because the website need lot of improvement. Also when I submitted the order the confirmation email didn’t have all the items ordered and the total amount charged neither could I find it in the portal”

“Hello, I am from Iceland and there was one requirement that yall have of us sending in two documents from our institution. Stúdentspróf (Matricultion Exmination) in English and Original language Prófskírteini (Examination Report) But in Iceland we only get one report which is the Stúdentspróf (Matricultion Exmination) in English and Original language. We only get that document and that is also the only document our institution has and provides. So maybe for future Icelandic clients not have that as a requirement, will make the process go faster and not as complicated.”
