“Had a few problems initially with the reviewers requiring my transcript to come "from the issuing university", when it had come from a constituent college of the university, which independently issues transcripts. When I explained this, they understood and were able to help. Turn around time was within a few days. Helpful service overall.”

“Overall, the high fees that international students have to charge are burdensome, but I understand that this is not just IEE's problem :) The whole process went very quickly and I was kept informed of every step. However, when I uploaded the required attachment online, there was no indication that it had been uploaded, and when I went back in, there was still a window asking me to upload. Perhaps the files were uploaded multiple times. It was stated that if I had official school documents, additional fees may apply for uploading them. I wanted a specific explanation on the price of this part. I was surprised at how quickly the checking process took place after my school sent the IEE. Maybe it's because I wrote my order number in the subject line and also wrote it in the email content.”

“The process was easy but , the website should include sample of the evaluation results for clarity of their customers. Also there are processing charges which are not mentioned clearly. The team is responsive and cooperative. Overall the service is good.”

“Your services are great, but please be clear about the issue of transcripts on your website. Don't give the impression that if the institution does not provide the transcripts, you will still do a report yet that's not the case. Thank you.”

“I'm satisfied with the customer service. It took almost 1 month for the whole process, due to some unavoidable circumstances. MyIEE team has fixed my problem whenever I identified a problem. The process should be expedited since after receiving the correct documents. I would recommend IEE to my fellow people and prospective ones.”

“I will rate the service as good. Staff is efficient. In the middle of the process I was asked to submit additional documents which was later decided not required. This put me in stress for a while. Other than that service is good and prompt.”

“IEE provides a fast and efficient service, allowing documents to be sent via institution email, which definitely speeds up the process. Their review time is incredibly fast - just 3 days, which is impressive. However, the pricing could be more affordable. Additionally, it would be great if they could expand their partnerships to include more universities.”

“My experience was good overall, however their was a major issue that is regarding the information on the website. It is unclear when selecting what method to send your documents through will get you an official evaluation. However, I was able to resolve that issue while contacting your team through whatsapp and email. Also it would be nice to have your logo as your official email picture because it does seem like a scam when i got the email😂.”
