“All services are excellent from customer support to service delivery. The only thing is that the website should update the notification feature when the application has problems or missing documents, it will be better for customers to learn clearly about stuck problems like my case.”

“Their service was quick. Before I could think about how long I had submitted a request, I received documentation that my review was complete and sent off to the school. “The+work+for+evaluation+was+prompt.+However,+the+customer+services+did+not+pay+much+attention+for+any+request.+I+informed+them+immediately+when+my+issuing+institution+shipped+my+transcripts+to+IEE+saying+that+I+order+three+sets+of+transcripts,+please+use+one+set+for+evaluation+and+return+the+other+two+sets+once+it’s+done.+I+followed+up+couple+times+thereafter+with+same+request.+However,+no+one+really+took+care+of+my+request+and+turns+out,+they+opened+all+duplicate+transcripts+I+ordered!!!+And+asked+additional+shipping+fee+for+$15+for+sending+back+those+opened+transcripts.+”

“Hello Mr. Haynes Thanks a lot for your prompt service. I believe user should get one evaluation copy to keep it as a record which shouldn't be chargeable. I'm going to place a copy over email to me and it shows $21.13. This is really surprising for me. One copy should send to user without any charge to keep not to use any other university or purpose. “IEE had been very responsive to my questions throughout the process but the evaluation quality check needs improvement. I had to suffer a mini heart attack at the initial outcome.”
