“Quick customer service, but the whole process and instructions are confusing and unclear. You charged me a $50 fee that one person said I would get refunded and another person said I wouldn't. Of course I didn't.”

“I appreciate the thorough communication. Several times I chatted in with support and sometimes I had to call but either way they were very helpful. Turn around time was quick --within a few days .I now have by degree ffom a University in Haiti evaluated as equivalent to 4-year degree in the United States. This will now allow me to apply for various jobs here in the US so I do appreciate the service very much. Thank you!!”

“I have been using IEE for several years, both for myself and for different members of my family, and it has always been a great experience. They do an excellent job validating grades and classes from other countries, and their evaluations are accepted by major colleges in North Carolina. I highly recommend IEE for anyone who needs to have their international education credentials evaluated.”

“I’m very unsatisfied with this evaluation. All of my requests were each time rejected without really examining all files I provided. I had to email and call them several times to make a small step. a The evaluator did not apply the conversion scale as presented on their website. There is no way for me to dispute it. I’m left with frustration.”
